just found these interesting pictures they look a little like primitive versions of the nazca lines in peru they're underwater so i thought they could possibly have been rivers when or if that area was ever above water but they look to straight too have been lakes

The photos aren't that good but they look reasonably natural to me.

Possibly underwater trenches or the like.

And yes it is a little strange that they are straight but with out knowing the geological layout of the area its hard to say.

Why are you posting from another thread? By the way, you misspelled interesting. Not a nice way to start a new topic. no.gif

i was under the impression that the other post was concerning structures as he mentioned the bimini ''road'' and the stepped structure off the coast of japan ?

There have been found some acheeological sites close to Cuba that are not at all fully explored so.... mellow.gif

I'm not sure how deep the water is where these anomalies are.
If its shallow water then its most likely just trails left by boat props hitting the bottom which would also explain the straight line aspect.

Some really interesting pictures. The marks near Florida are far too long to be from boats, but could fishing nets have anything to do with it?

More research is needed. You can't conclude anything by satellite pictures.
Only the geometry of the area. wink2.gif

Interesting.
I wonder what an underwater dive at these spots would reveal?
