So Halloween is just over a month away, and for some of us it's quite a joyous and important time of year! I haven't dressed up for it in a good few years, the last time I dressed up was on Halloween 2002, where i dressed as Austin Powers. This year i'm doing something colaborative and awesome with friends.

Anyone started on their costumes yet? Any ideas for them?

well, what i really want to do is dress up in a satan costume and stand in front of a church, lol, kind of mean, i know, but it would be funny to see everyones reactions when they come out of a sermon or something and they see a guy in a devil outfit sitting on the steps of the church, either im doing that, or just throwing a little party at my house

I haven't dressed up for halloween for quite some time now .. so this year I decided to have some fun.

I'm gonna dress up as a Nun and go bar hopping.

I'm getting a full costume. Hopfully an ape/bigfoot like costume. I'm going to hide in the wooded area around the backroads and scare people driving by.

My roommate and i are possibly dressing up as Mario and Luigi.

Just a suggestion at the moment.

Do the bluenun and then get a bottle of bluenun and bring it with you . lol. I knew someone that did that and they looked just like the nun on the bottle. it was great.

I spent some good money on getting a Captain Jack Sparrow-ish-like costume together. I even got a nice, old-fashioned stained glass to fill up with rum and will probably get some extra, extra sunlight to fill my skin with a dark tan just for the event. There's some big party that's going on in the neighborhood, so I figured I'll make it worthwhile. However, I'm not so sure I'll be there anymore as this current life of mine is boring me to the breaking point. I'm thinking about pushing my enlistment date for the marines up much earlier than what I first had in mind. But if I do go, I'll let you all see the glorious outfit and perhaps me getting into some trouble with it on.

What you need then is someone in chains with a Pat Robertson mask on to go with you.

Oh come on. I don't have a big white beard or robes. I wear jeans and hoodies, just like everyone else!

I *do* make a good pirate tho... kids like it so I guess it's all good.

Couple past costumes:

Jonah - After the fish incident. I cut out a burlap sack, hung fish and guts on myself, some wet weeds... I looked, And Smelled, like I had been partially digested.

A "Sack" - only a certain culture will know what I mean by "sack". Was a huge clear plastic bag I wore, and stuffed in the bottom was a bunch of green colored paper. I was a nice fat sack. People loved it. When we stopped for gas, a police officer was talking to one of my friends and he referred to me as "the guy dressed as garbage".

Last year I dressed-up as Dr. Evil and my 1yr. old son as "mini-me".....he couldn't quite get the whole "pinky-finger at the corner of the mouth" thing.

This year, I was thinking about being either Wyatt Earp(and my son as Doc Holliday), or Indiana Jones(and the boy as Short Round).

I contemplated dressing-up as The Grimm Reaper, but my Mother-in-law might think that I'm trying to take her day job.

If you went as Wyatt Earp and your son went as Doc Holliday, you'd have to accept the fact that for at least that day, your son is cooler than you.

Finally figured it out.
For one of the 5 nights i am celebrating Halloween anyway.. lol.

I'm dressing up as SHAUN, from Shaun of the Dead. Booya! Easy, horror themed, and i get to cover myself in blood and weild a criket bat all night. AWESOME.

I've decided I'm going as a heshe / shemale hey i might even take a picture and post if for your guys.

Oh it gets better! I'm going so all out for this it's beyond awesome. I'm actually growing a goatie, and gonna bleach and dye my hair and goatie ginger, just like his colour.
