Total and complete hoax - no doubt.
Here just ask yourself this one "little" question - why is it on "google video"?
Something this "Black and White" would be on the news, right??
Plus - how is it that this is the ONLY report of it?? I mean come on, just give it some semi serious and rational thought - >IF< it was - it would have been seen by more than just this camera only.
My guess - a project on CGI. But that is just a guess.
If it was real - more people would have seen it, more people would have reported it - this would be news.

It has already been established that the media is an entirely unreliable source to recieve information from as it applies to the UFO phenomenon. 1) The stories are almost always covered with great bias, and 2) Most major stories regarding the subject matter are purposely left out of the news. There are various government documents referencing the CIA, NSA etc. connection with major news corporations.

The Los Alamos-Albuquerque area, Oak Ridge, and White Sands Proving Ground rated high. Port areas, Strategic Air Command bases, and industrial areas ranked next."

Ruppelt, Head of Project Blue Book (1956)"I do know that the CIA and the U.S. government have been concerned over the UFO phenomenon for many years and that their attempts, both past and recent, to discount the significance of the phenomenon and to explain away the apparent lack of official interest in it have all the earmarks of a classic intelligence cover-up."

"I just finished The Missing Times a few weeks ago. It was one of the most important books I've read in the last decade -- probably the most important, and I read a lot, almost all of it serious non-fiction. It would be almost as important even if it had never gotten to the subject of UFOs, simply for opening people's eyes to the reality and the ubiquity of propaganda. It should be mandatory reading in high school history or civics."

"Those unfamiliar with the long and complex history of the UFO controversy may be understandably skeptical whether the astonishing events recounted in The Missing Times actually took place. After all, the nation's media took little notice. To help address this skepticism, I have included a few supporting documents below: ... "I could go on and on concerning media corruption, but back to the subject at hand. The provided video of a UFO is certainly one of the more poorly hoaxed videos in recent times as far as I am concerned.
