I agree with you. It Seems like it has a cloak. While it has wings and some sort of head with a long skull in the back. Plus the cloak is moving and its hands are together. Pretty cool.

Well I'm glad he didn't try to go ghost hunting there and it was an accidental catch. Don't know what to think, but with the history anything is possible.
