Hi,
I'm new to this forum! Just wanted to know if what my experiences are called, premonitions?
These experiences for the most part has to do with people that have been in my life. It just seems to happen to me alot for it to be a coincedence. Premonition, maybe?
As far as I can remember the first time I had an experience was when I was about to cross a railroad track, I had a feeling and thinking to myself that the rail road bells would start to go off. Once I had crossed the track, the second I thought that it would happen, it happened.. It was a strange feeling.
The experiences I've had with people, would be me randomly just thinking of that certain person I have not seen in years , and all of a sudden I would see or hear from this person on that same day...
Another time I was with a friend and I had randomly brought up to subject about an ex-girlfriend I had'nt seen or heard from in 2 years, who had moved to California and I was living in Chicago. My friend went home and I was just about to go to bed, when the phone rang and my father picks it up and tells me I have a phone call, low and behold, it's my ex! Weird stuff!!
I'll list one more experience although there is more, but I work as a security guard and I was watching on cameras for shoplifters and while I was doing that, I was just randomly thinking about a time, I kissed a girl and did'nt feel anything when I kissed her. Guess what happens!? Maybe about half an hour later, I see the girl on camera that I kissed that I didnt feel anything for. WEIRD!!! Note that I have'nt seen any of these people in the time span of 10 years and things happen the same day I think of these people..
This has happened to me alot lately, to be coincedences. I don't know! Random thoughts though have made this happen! What are your thoughts??

Welcome to UM Toasty, just the ones you have listed is a lot of evidence that it is just more than coincidence. I've had moments when I could tell something was going to happen but not think of a person and bam there they are. I wonder if promontion is divided into special groups, one dealing with just people.

Thanks RollingThunder! I wonder if there are websites that actually test things like what I'm referring to. It's really starting to peek and interest and I wanna start to pursue and find out what it is...

Hi all!
Today I had two experiences, I need to start recording my thoughts before hand. Anyways, I was in the shower today just randomly thinking how I would like to be promoted to a plain clothes undercover security guard. My boss and my coworker were hiding something from me for the past couple of days, I didn't have any clue until they had said something to me. They told me my coworker got extended an offer to be a plain clothes guy.
That's a little close to what I had randomly thought of just 2 hours before I got to work...
When I went to go punch out to leave work, I whistled a tune, I stepped into the office to grab my jacket and the tune on the radio I was whistling had just started...
This is occurring a little too often!
Any opinions? Anyone have the same experiences?

Once I got a song I didnt hear for a while stuck in my head for no reason and then I heard it on the radio. I think it was a coincidence.

Well Toasty if you knew they were hiding something from you and you guessed at it, I'd say that's coincidence.

I got done telling you I randomly was thinking how I would like to be promoted. I did'nt say I was guessing at what they were hiding from me, did I? No... So when they told me, it was very close to what I was thinking, was'nt it!? Them hiding something from me was'nt even on the top of my head until I got to work and I mentioned something, then it clicked when I was thinking back at what I had thought of while in the shower back home...
And the radio thing was the spur of the moment... The song was not stuck in my head, I started whistling it when I was getting ready to leave. The song stuck in my head all day that day was Ted Nugent's, "StrangleHold".

Calm down.
I'm just saying it was coincidence because you knew something was up. If you want to believe it was a premonition and that you're psychic, then by all means, do!
