The only way I can see you winning the league this decade is if you are bought out by a businessman with Abramovich type money.
Whoever you bring in they will get someone better, if you are top of the league at xmas they'll pull out all stops bring in 4 or 5 new faces and overtake you.
The money machine can't be stopped. It's up to the FA to impose some kind of restrictions on Chelsea or the league is dead

Trust me Abramovich is going nowhere. Stamford Bridge is full every saturday, they have thousands of season ticket holders and reach at least the semis of every cup going.
