2 european cup finals, 5 european cup semi finals
1 Uefa Cup final 4 Uefa cup semi finals.
1 Cup winners Cup final 3 semi finals.
39 league Championships
50 scottish Cups
43 league Cups
Equal 9 times in a row world record holder for league titles
2nd most decorated club in the history of world football.
*behind rangers acchspue* lol the bastards
Celtic have the distinct record of being the ONLY team in the HSTORY of british football to hold The league championship, league cup, scottish cup, EUROPEAN cup , coronation cup and european cup and intercontinental super cup in the same year.
In 1967 they won EVERY tournament tehy entered a feat that has never been emulated by any european side.
my friend whilst you mock our home league we still have acheieved far more in meurope and at home than your club.
We are a FAR better team than villa and when its mattered in the last couple of years we've wiped the floor with english sides.

Well,at 5.15pm today I either get lynched by a load of Norwich fans or not bother going to pub......Nope,I've got to do it.Im walking into my local wearing my Man Utd shirt with pride
Might sit really close to the fire exit so I can escape quickly as soon as footie finishes(or I get spotted)
I think I talking to myself now......wheres everybody gone..........Im lonely............

Just found a footie forum that you guys might want to look at,it covers ALL football.Check it out its worth it.
the great game

Aug 22 2004, 07:46 AM
Well I made it out of the pub safely, and hardly too much swearing was aimed in my direction.
Was surrounded by a sea of yellow and green shirts, the pub was heaving and the atmosphere was fantastic. There were about 10 Man Utd fans in there(spread all over)which isn't too bad seeing as there were about 200 people in there.
Final score Man Utd 2 -Norwich City 1.
Great game.

The question is, if Wayne Rooney goes through a barren spell in front of goal, and let's face it he went through a very long barren spell last season, will anyone chant "You couldn't score in a brothel"
Not sure how I've missed this forum on here all this time, but may I introduce myself as a Manchester City FC season ticket (card) holder, with more than a passing interest in the fortunes of Celtic, and am an occasional visitor to watch Preston North End.

In my unbiased opinion the most exciting English player in the game at the moment, and that includes Shrek Rooney.

Stuck for David James for so long, because he is a Blue, but I can't condone him any more.
We should have won that easy tonight, but his schoolboy errors have cost us once again.
As for that manager/coach; what can you say about a guy that brings on Jamie Carragher rather than Shaun Wright-Phillips when you are desperate for the win?
I'm so annoyed. It was in the bag, and now we've left ourselves in a needlessly fragile situation.
We need to win in Poland now, come Wednesday, and that means a change of goalkeeper, and SWP to start. Think about it Sven!

Glen Hoddle is the most arrogant man ive ever listened to in football.
You know england were the better team for 70 mins, and for the last 20 or so you were all over the place.
See if ther commentators werent so bloody arrogant the rest of the home nations really would support england.
But because of their utter arrogance we all take pleasure in these tyoes of results.
I mean at half time they were talking like we should just abandon the whole qualifying campaign because the world cup was won.
im sorry but its gettin beyond a joke now. i swear it taks 4 mins before 1966 is mentioned. (generally though thats a BBC thing).
sven is pretty awful i mean the whole gerrard fiasco is a joke. That was something that scotland would do.

It's an England game, with English commentators, aimed at an English audience.
I don't know, you Scots are so bitter and obsessed.
I swear your average Scot has more interest in seeing England lose than Scotland win. Just as well really!

Ok well explain this to me why during a cezch republic vs holland match are the rest of the UK suvbjected to constant mentions of David beckham, 1966 and various other things.
Itimed that match and it took three minutes before 1966 was mentioned.
That was a neutral game, aimed at a british audience and with british commentators.
There isnt constant references to scotland, wales or n.ireland.
Ask any welshmand or irishman and ill bet you they feel the same way.
Oh and questioning a scotsman's passion is laughable lol.
We may be crap but we're a million times more loyal than you are.lol

Sven is a buffoon. It doesn't help. Tactically clueless. Anyone who continually leaves out the young attacking options like SWP and plays the likes of Wayne Bridge, Owen Hargreaves, and yes, even Beckham, instead, is always going to have a team completely lacking in attacking ideas.
Point taken wunarmdscissor. but in reality you have to realise, that they are English, and England does make up the vast majority of the UK in terms of population and viewers. The majority rule in a democracy!

Good result for England. Four points from the two trickiest away ties in the group, should see us safely on our merry way I would think.
Did anyone see the Wales v Northern Ireland game? Yet another example of atrocious referreing.
Michael Hughes deserved to go, yet he sends off Robbie Savage for merely standing back up, after a shocking foul, and for being pushed to the ground by Hughes it would seem. Then he books David Healy for kicking the corner flag in celebration, then gives him a second yellow, for raising his fist, in celebration, to his parents in the stand. Simply unbelievable. The blatant penalty NI had turned down was a mere aside.
Where do they get these idiots from?
