jasibaby
what do you think of ferdinads on field hand bags with rude van nistelroy looks like saf has problem going in to the new season
wrighty
If you saw vnistrooy play just then youll have noticed he cant score for his life smith and rooney all the way till vnistrooy gets fit and rios worth every penny.
jasibaby

Europe would be a first for Charlotn, but I don't think we'll make it with Curbishly in charge. He seems content just to saty in the top flight, he doesn't seem to have that much vision and has clogged up the squad with absolute no hopers (Lisbie, Johanson, Euell etc.)
wrighty
1. personaly I think charlton might just get uefa cup
2. Owen can score from out side the box too but I think Owen and real have made it clear hes staying what a shame
3. What do you think about woodgate is his career over.
nick_fury
No. But Woodgate needs to leave Madrid and return to the premiership. I think he could do well at Liverpool or Everton but the big 3 would be too put off by his lengthy injury spell. He hasn't played a game in about 18 months
wrighty
You sighned manu deffender spestor on loan and ambrose from newcastle as well what do you think about that
nick_fury
I;m not sure, I think I'll reserve judgement untill I see him play, but our defense was a real travesty last season other than El Kakouri.
I'm not too happy about all the loan deals we've got either, I think we should have bought Smertin instead and the fact that Sorondo played defense for Palace who went down doesn't really bode well

Edit: I think Ambrose is solid, and for under a million he's a steal, but I'm concerned we may have too many midfielders now which could leave to Matty Holland's departure
jasibaby
i would like to see woodgate at highbury but just 2 injury prone i think charlton will do well this season and maybe get an uefa cup place
wrighty
Hes better than campbell
wrighty
If holland leaves it would be a disaster he scored some great goals and some crucal ones too El kaKouri and Spector will make a great partnership.
wrighty
Who do you think will go down?
wrighty
I say sunderland
wigan
and one of west brom and ham
and Arsenal lol only joking.
jasibaby
campbell is a great player you cant knock him off the ball. wigan west brom and man utd to go down
wrighty
ha ha ha
wrighty
The Italian league looka like its going to be a good one this year.

p.s man united

I think this could be a bad year for Fulham, and Portsmouth too, without Yakubu.
I reckon Wigan, Sunderland and Fulham for the drop
jasibaby
whos your choice to be sacked first my choice is souness then ferguson to get the chop what you say wrighty
nick_fury
Coleman. Fulham are a fussy lot and he hasn't added any real depth to his squad. They've lost Cole and if they lose Malbranque and Boan Morte like they supposedly are going to then they are gonna really struggle
jasibaby
its a shame it dident happen for keane at cardiff lifting that cup like that . grin2.gif tongue.gif thumbsup.gif LoL
jasibaby
yes fulham i think will struggle plus dont forget diop if they lose hin hopefully to Arsenal they will struggle
wrighty

arsenal to beat ajax tonight in there own backyard 2.0 henry & reyes to do the damage.plus mr wenger et the check book out and sign batista & diop please
wrighty
No way will Arsenal sign Baptista and Diop. My money is on Song better than both. Ajax 2-2 Arsenal

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger may decide to change his system rather than trying to replace Patrick Vieira with a new player.

Its about time United got the pen and paper out and sign some of the many players that hes looking at.
jasibaby
arsenal 2 ajax 0 i think baptista will sign the papers have it wrong wenger has not said anything on it yet but last night at a press conference wenger just smiled when the question came up about baptita as he knows something you just see
wrighty
What do you think about Song.

Manchester United drew the winners of Hajduk Split and Debrecen of Hungary in the next leg of the Champions league.

Baptista wont sign its just another big name to come and go e.g United and Rivaldo, Ronaldinho, Davids, Figo and Raul all come and all gone.
jasibaby
2 early to say about song as not yet seen him play looks good of what i have read about him.not a bad draw for you i think you will just scrap thouth to the next round
wrighty
Hes good

What about Ballack do you think he'll stay in Germany or leave Man U are perfect. I was watching my man u dvd last night and I know where it all went wrong we sold Beckham and Veron. We were ace Beckham Keane Veron Giggs
Scholes V nistrooy

Unstoppable yes Ronaldos good and Rooneys ace but if we still had them we would of had decent subs too. 1990-2003 the unstoppable United With Ballack and another fantastic winger we would be back on to the treble
jasibaby
the last i've heard was ballack was of to real madrid what you need is somebody like diop of fulham just like viera to replace keen plus owen for rudd that would make you a real thereat to the russian mafia plus arsenal
wrighty
Ballack wont go to Real Madrid he knows he won't get games Diop is not good enough to replace Keane anyway we have Smith and Park to do that Owen is not leaving I would personally like to have both of them but that will never happen and United will win the Championship this season anyway Chelsea are in a muddle Arsenal don't believe in them selves enough to win and Liverpool will do well but Champions league or not it will take time United and The Blues are twice as good. Diop could never replace Viera he was one of the best in the Premiership and Now hes gone to one of the best teams.

Smith's a striker though, and not a very good one at that, the only resemblancebetween them is their firey temper which is not a good asset.Plus if Smith doesn't get more than 10 league games this season I think he'll be out the door to the highest bidder

QUOTE
Chelsea are in a muddle

You sure about that, they beat a full strength Milan 1-0 and from what I've seen they are playing just as well aslast season, and this is only the warm up

QUOTE

Maybe not Diop but there are a dozen or more midfielders in Europe alone who could easily fill Viera's boots, Ballack, Essien, Diego Tristan etc. etc.
wrighty
Your wrong Smith and Fergusan decided that his best possision and where hes more likely to get games is in midfield Smith said that his future lies in midfield.

Those players all could replace Viera, but non of them are going to Arsenal.

I mean Chelsea are going to keep trying different tactics and different players and what I mean is some wont work and that will give United and Arsenal a chance to catch up. I didnt say they are rubbish.
nick_fury
Well for my money Smith is an absolute worthless tit. He rushes in without using his head and has very little natural talent, he won't replace Keane and I wouldn't be surprised if he fades out of the united 1st team just as he is the England one

Arsenal could get those players if they really wanted, now Baptista has tied up a deal with Madrid they will go after a new target. Do not forget Arsenal's biggest strength is their youth team and his natural successor will probably come from there. He will not be missed for long

I disagree there. They will try out their different combinations in preseason. You can bet that come start of the season they will have a defined starting 11 and it will very rarely change. That is the way Mourinho seems to operate as Parker found out at his own expense
wrighty
Smiths a good, loyal player he just hasn't been given a chance I remember at the beggining of last season Smith scored 8 goals in 11 games in all competitions whiles rooney and nistlerooy were out and I think he will do well in midfield yes he can be dirty but so can Keane.

Arsenal won't get those players they are going to get Song and 1 more but Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger may decide to change his system rather than trying to replace Patrick Vieira with a new player. Plus Ballack has said he would like to stay but if he would leave it would be too United, Real, Chelsea or Barca. Essien looks certain to go to Chelsea Tiago and 32 mill and hes gone and Tristan said he wouldn't like to play in the Premiership just yet but can see himself playing there in the future.

Yes you are probably right about Chelsea but a couple of bad games or an injury could change it easily and I think a few more signings might be on the way.
nick_fury

Thanks for that. I'm sure Danny Murphy would appreciate it seeing as he's not played an England game in 3 or 4 years w00t.gif . But isn't Samuel from Trinidad? and I'm sure Southgate retired from international football about 4 years ago.
And where's Luke Young and Kieron Richardson
wrighty
Sorry I made a few mistakes Im only human Ill change it. Yes Samuel plays for England.

Jason dont throw a wobbler I told you they wouldn't sign him nanananana.
jasibaby
owen has just been linked to arsenal this morning in most papers. told you wrighty that we would beat ajax
wrighty
Manchester United and Arsenal are watching Michael Owen's situation closely and will move if Real Madrid indicate they will listen to offers. Owen said he wants to go to Liverpool but they won't have him so he said his second choice is United.

Alan Smith is prepared to sacrifice a place in England's World Cup squad to pursue a career in midfield for Manchester United what a guy.
jasibaby
smith in midfield he is rubbish you got to get somebody better than that or you will well down the league table as for owen on all web sites soccer related is saying that he is arsenal bound after missing out on robinho & babtista as he wont get a game at real. you need ballack with real getting babtista you should go for him but get rid of smith
wrighty
Real Madrid will decide this week whether to launch a £20m bid for Rio Ferdinand.

Arsenal are about to sign Greek striker Georgios Samras after missing out on Julio Baptista.

Wenger about to make a desperate £12m bid for Jermaine Jenas to fill the gap left by Patrick Vieira.

Arsenal have agreed a £4m deal to sign Uruguayan keeper Sebastian Viera.

Ferguson wants Bayern Munich midfielder Michael Ballack to be a Manchester United player before the start of the Premiership season.

Chelsea's final take-it-or-leave-it offer to Lyon for Michael Essien will be £20m plus Tiago on a year's loan.

Manchester United are poised with an £11m move for Michael Owen which will spark intense competition from Liverpool, Arsenal and Newcastle.Sir Alex Ferguson is ready to sell Phil Neville, Kleberson and Louis Saha to raise the £11m to buy Owen.Phil Neville is set to quit Manchester United for Middlesbrough in a £3.5m deal.Real Madrid will not stand in Owen's way if he asks to leave.
jasibaby
looks like Arsenal are not now after owen.hope them players you talked about are coming wrighty
wrighty
Its gossip but you never know where gossip leads to. Personally I say Owen will come to United and Ballack will too but maybe not this season but ballack will come next.
jasibaby
you need a midfielder not striker so maybe ballack but i would go for somebody a lot younger to replace keane at 34 he is 2 old just like bergkamp he will not get thouth that many games i like the look of diop of fulham most talkles in the prem in last year stats plus he is young
