Aug 24 2005, 09:14 PM
whats this obsession you have with yellow cards? west brom where always going to get beat at chelsea so no upsets there newcasle you have to laugh

no owen my thinks :
wrighty
Aug 24 2005, 09:24 PM
I hate dirty players it ruins football. OK the odd yellow card is no big deal but Cole, Reyes, Bergkamp and Lauren get them all the time and its not for good stuck in tackles its pure he's beaten me just take him down tackles and I hate it.
I still think Owen will go he will make them better think about it Owen Shearer upfront. That would rule. Only on loan though.
Yes Chelsea were always going to win but no problem early days we just don't want them to get too far ahead on goal difference.
HAHAHAHAHA Newcastle are failing.
United 3 - 0 Heinze 2 goals, Richardson 1. Neville will miss the next two England Qualifiers through injury OUT FOR 5 WEEKS it always happens to United we never have the first 11 when we need it.
Spurs drew I think it will be a great season for them Davids, Defoe, Robinson, King and more they have a team to make top 5 finnish if they try.
jasibaby
Aug 24 2005, 09:28 PM

wrighty
Aug 26 2005, 05:32 PM
Lie, Unites are secretly working with Ballack and His club and are setting up a deal for him to come just before the end of the Transfer Window. Ferguson doesn't want there to be thousands of fans thinking he's coming because it might ruin their chances.
Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez would like to re-sign striker Michael Owen from Real Madrid but the club will not be able to match Newcastle's bid of around £17m.Liverpool have held talks with at least two French clubs over the future of Djibril Cisse to clear the way for Owen to return to Anfield.

Good to see my home town team Bolton in 3rd place. Last year they finished 6th. They used to always fight to stay in the Premiership, but now are an established Premiership side. I remember a few years ago when they were too good for the 1st Division but too crap for the Premiership and so went up and down between the two divisions like a yo-yo.
wrighty
Aug 28 2005, 11:56 AM
Early days yet. Don't get your hopes yet wait till we pass January and if they are still there thats the time to think hold on we might just do this.

Real Madrid striker Michael Owen will fly in for talks with Newcastle and Liverpool on Monday, but will have to wait 48 hours before any deal is concluded.
Nuno Valente (FC Porto - Everton) £1.5m. Nice deal.
Newcastle captain Alan Shearer refuses to give up hope of Michael Owen joining from Real Madrid.

Aug 29 2005, 10:52 AM

Aug 29 2005, 05:00 PM
I think they will stay rumours.
England striker Michael Owen agrees to join Newcastle from Real Madrid.
England's John Terry and Steven Gerrard face a battle to be fit for World Cup qualifiers against Wales on 3 September and Northern Ireland four days later.
Tottenham are expected to complete the £8m signing of Newcastle midfielder Jermaine Jenas before the transfer window closes.

Up the addicks! 3 straight wins and almost surely a 4th next saturday at Brum!!! Darren Bent is a superstar, watch out Chelski we're coming for you in a couple weeks
wrighty
Sep 2 2005, 09:19 AM
I have to agree Nick Charlton are on top form and will easy pull off a 4th win. Don't forget the reds we are on top form too. Too bad Jasibaby can't say Arsenal have a 100% record.

Sep 2 2005, 06:33 PM
ahhh but that is due to the unstoppable money machine aka chelsea. And I think we should take a moment to smile and think about all the screw ups they have made:
Buying Scott Parker for about double his worth then selling him at half what they paid
Mateja Kezman
Jiri Jarosik the uhum 'superstar' who 6 months after arriving is on loan at Birmingham
Paying through the nose for SWP yes he's good but 21 million pounds good? no way
Being condemned by a host of top stars who vowed never to sign for the blues and being forced to recall Crespo as they couldn't sign a striker

thanks for the memories retards
wrighty
Sep 2 2005, 07:10 PM
Fantastic. Thanks for the laugh Nick, I can't stand them.
What else can we think of.
Buying so many world class midfielders now Chelsea have players like Robben and Cole crying and moaning about first team.
Buying Veron, Great player but useless at Chelsea.
He kept Carvalho and Huth after getting huge money for them. They don't even get first team.
jasibaby
Sep 4 2005, 09:11 PM
well arsenal have been linked with possible buys with bopa diop of fulham to replace viera plus fernando torres and the rennes keeper isakkson. with are so called 30 od million to spend hope this is true but can not see why wenger did not get them this summer
wrighty
Sep 4 2005, 09:27 PM
Man U should have Ballsck in January or next summer but he said he will come.
jasibaby
Sep 4 2005, 09:29 PM
when did ballack say he will come what paper was this
wrighty
Sep 4 2005, 09:33 PM
wasn't a paper he said it during the transfer market. He said he will not sign because he loves the German league and would like to start the season with BM. But he said he would deffinetly join for United next year. Knowing United's luck he will change his mind and go to Madrid or Chelsea.
jasibaby
Sep 4 2005, 09:51 PM
i think madrid or barca will be in for him he has allso been linked to arsenal in the past
wrighty
Sep 4 2005, 09:56 PM
Arsenal have no chance. I would die if he went to Chelsea, I would go barmy if he went to Madrid. But I personally think we have a chance. If he signed another deal with BM I would be annoyed but I could live with it.
jasibaby
Sep 4 2005, 10:08 PM
arsenal have a very good chance soon to be moving in to the best stadium in the world plus the most turnover in the premiership with london prices and all 65 000 at 50 pounds a time even man utd dont charge that plus it will sell out every week if arsenal go for him he will come no doubt in my mind at all.
wrighty
Sep 4 2005, 10:12 PM
He won't come he said he has no interest in any other Premiership club. I only said Chelsea because they will obviously throw a bigger amount of money for him and BM will be tempted. Yes Arsenal are moving into a great stadium but I wouldn't call it the best in the world.
jasibaby
Sep 4 2005, 10:17 PM
have you seen its class arsenal will be able to compete with the man utds barca and madrid very soon as we will have the money .plus you dont know what ballack has said he has not ever said that he will join manutd or anybody as of yet you never know
