Hello. I would like to get some views with what I have to show and the story that goes along with it, so let me begin, I moved in to a rental unit with my family in Canada, I have 5 children, now the apartment is over top a store in the GTA, anyway I have a little girl and four boys, sometimes we hear them talking at night to no one and it’s not incoherent rambling it is like listening to a one sided conversation when we questioned them about it they either don’t remember or they claim they were talking to “the little girl” that lives here.
On one occasion our three year old was being troublesome so we sent him up to his room for a nap and he was freaking out when my wife went up to the bathroom not even five minutes later. She went up stairs and herd the crying she went to the bedroom looked and couldn’t see him she tried not to panic but was still concerned she found him hiding between his closet and his toy bin (big Rubbermaid container) and she asked him what’s wrong he was shaking and crying like she had never herd him cry before she said he was “crying like he was terrified” she said she has never herd any of our children cry like that and never wants to again. He came out of his hiding spot after she asked him to come to her twice and grabbed her and wouldn’t let go as if he had to hold on for dear life she then hollered to me from upstairs and when I went up I could tell something was wrong we brought him down stairs and tried to calm him down it took some time but ever since he will not go up stairs alone not even in the day and really freaks out if the bathroom light isn’t on at bedtime. He has never told us why he was so afraid that day and still won’t speak of it months later.
On another occasion my wife was up in our room and on her way out of our room she herd the tap running and went into the bathroom and no one was there she thought she saw one of the kids head for their room down the hall and around the corner but she went to the kids rooms and no one was upstairs when she came down she asked if anyone was upstairs with in the last half hour when she was up there and everyone said no she asked how the tap was running then and if they were sure no one was up there and everyone was sure no one had been up there the entire time.
Wait there’s more … we were talking to the neighbor and her bedroom would be on the same wall as ours she told us that every night she is awoken by the slam of a door at five am no one else in the four apartments hears it.
To top it all off we have a one year old baby who sleeps in our bedroom at night and he is always disturbed at or around the same time frame every night he starts fussing and crying and tossing around in his bed the same type of disturbance has been waking me as well or something to the same degree I awake after hearing someone talk in my ear or feel as though someone has grabbed me once I felt as though someone was right in front of my face and it felt real when I awoke no one was there. I was sleeping during day time hours and swore my wife had been up in the room talking to me and when I came down and asked her if she had been up there talking to me she said no that she’d been working on her computer the entire afternoon which I found really disturbing as I would have sworn that it was her it sounded like her I swore it had been her and it wasn’t I always seem to get woken at or around five am which is around the same time as the baby and the slam of the door in the neighbors house, odd huh?

This some shots I took at 5 am in our hall way in front of my childrens room and around the corner of their room, (sorry about the bags and boxes but we're moving soon) now as you will see there are orbs but if you look closer you see a smoke like image, and please keep in mind no one was smoking! also note I do Paranormal investigation work and the logo is the group I work with, and I'm posting it because its always good to get others insight.

Pic 2 is very interesting Vemkeit. If I were you I would take more pics at the same time tomorrow morning, if you have a cam corder get it set up over night

I was looking at the images I got and I find a third on out side of the apartment we live, in the back with our car two days after the first two, at around 7 pm at night know this one is out side so it can be anything but if you look at the arrow you'll see a face or a least it looks like one to me but you decide?

Also note the images was taking with a HP Photosmart R817 5.1 Megapixel digital cam

It is rare that you can catch so many images in the short time you have been photographing. That is terrific.

Hi Vemkeit, thats a cool story. You said you do some paranormal investigation work, have you checked out the history of the apartment and the units below it since you have been there ?.
And again you don't say if you are in a part of a group that do the paranormal investigations or you work alone ? And if you are in a part of a group have they done a recce on your place ?
Sorry about all the questions, i hope you find out what it is that is causing all the strange things that is going on before you move out.

No problem, as for you question, well I have done paranormal investigation in the past but currently I'm starting my own group after this whole thing, started, the logo is my logo in the corner of the photos and as for the history of the place not as yet but this is a rundown of what has been done.

I have talked to the landlord and asked him if a little girl or anyone has past away before we moved in but he said nope but again it looks like he is lying, I have not made it to the Toronto archives yet to look up the area, but then again this whole area is just scary at night you feel like some ones is walking behind you and when you look no one is there. I have took the photo of the back of our rental unit in the ally as you can see (the car image) and there looks like a image of something there with a face just like the other photos I have in the hallway around the corner from our children’s room that I took, but other then that I have not done any thing just try to debunk it, but I can’t, so I try to get more shots but for the last few days the only thing I have got is “orbs” and that can be anything so I really would like to get an image like the ones you see before you.



Thanks, some one also told me the something , and that’s what gets me, it's like it wants to been seen. and to be truthful when I take the photos I get a hair raising chill Seconds before so run to grab the camera, so that's what gets me to take a shot!

That first pic looks like a hair in the shot. The wispy smoke can be condensation or breath.

As far as the sightings go, maybe your son had an incidence of some type of sleep disturbance or just scared himself. Yours sound like sleep paralysis. The one year old just sounds like colic or a normal circadian rhythm.

To have a child screaming and to hide like that is not colic. Colic only effects the infant in the first three months. It sounds as though somthing has upset this child to such an extent it scared him so bad and to leave him traumatised and for him not to go into his room is bad.
What that is, who knows ?? And that is the reason for the investigation.
I from experience can relate to Vemkeits goings on from all the stuff that i have going on in our house from lights to shadows and how it affected my young son (not to the extent of Vemkeits child sreaming and hiding) he spent a good three months in our room sleeping on the floor before we could get him into his room. Now that he has seen a shadow standing in his doorway and seen the lights flashing in the rooms upstairs it no longer frightens him, startles him yes, and he will tell me as though it does not matter.
Get the place checked out Vemkeit for the sake of your kids and you.

Sorry but I don’t agree with you, I think its more then what you think, for one my children don’t have a sleep disturbance, now I’m not trying to start a war here everyone is entitled to their own views, when we lived in an other place before here he never had issues of being afraid he isn’t colic he was three years old when it happened he is now four and still is too scared to go upstairs alone, even we as a family never had anything happen like this here, now I know you may think it’s a miss understanding because you had some really good points like “a hair, condensation or breath". But I tried to debunk it also but when it comes to my children saying it was a little girl and not just one of them but my oldest boy also said he’d seen a little girl at one point in the hallway looking at them in the night when he was going to the washroom, now I know he could have been hallucinating because he was half a sleep but again why would the lady next door say she hears a door slam (months after we had things starting happening here) and why would my one year old always start fussing in and around 5 am when he has never had any issues sleeping and/or colic issues, we even have a two year old who would rather take naps on the couch then upstairs in his bed he will cry and be insistent on someone coming with him even just to get a toy or a change of clothes the only two children who aren’t afraid upstairs on their own is the two oldest and they are only eight and five years old, Our daughter is five and she often is the one having one sided conversations in the wee hours of the morning as well(4-5 am and she is always wide awake early when you ask her why she is up she says she was talking to the girl). Not to mention me hearing a very soft but spooky voice in my ear, I do have sleep issues but only since I moved in here before I never had it, because it feels like we are always being watched in the day and night, see I only post a rundown of all we have been though here but that’s not the half of it this is why we are moving.

the car pciture, the smokewswirls, it looks similar to what happened when i took a picture of my cat, its really wierd because the rest of the pics were on the same setting but looked completely normal

I'm not trying to start a war either, I'm just giving my opinion. Have you checked the house for sources of infrasound and/or electromagnetic fields? And the first pic really does look like a hair reflecting off the flash. I've seen it many times.

My point is just not to jump to the paranormal before you've ruled out all the mundane answers.

I was just looking at the seconded photo that I posted, I never notices it before unlit now but the photo looks like a little girls face with a pony tail unless I’m seeing things? So can anyone look to see if its me or am I seeing it right thanks.

That’s cool! As for the infrasound and/or electromagnetic fields? I just got EMF & EVP a day ago, I was going to try them out but so may people say they’re not always right, but I do know how to use them so I'm going to give then a shot, I'm also going to try and get it on my video cam but like pip said I'm also going to have talk with one of the Ghost hunters out here to see if they can help, because I did it before but they have the tools to get a beater reading then I would until I can get my group up and running. So thanks again it’s great to have your views and the help of the advice you have given me.

Yes our other neighbors on the same side have three children and they have problems with them going to sleep at night, they have two boys and a little girl and what make this really odd is they have the same thing happing to them and their children say just about the same thing to their mom and daddy it's a little girl, but to get it out in the clear theirs more then one here. if I started to tell the whole story then the first post would have been massive in size. All I can say is it's more then one spirit I think but don't quote me on it.

An other reason why we want to move, but we're not the only ones this place has four apartments and all the tenants here are moving and the landlord has started talking about selling it.

Also to all I have other photos that have "orbs" that have a blue like color to them and some other photos that have a Smokey like images, I haven’t posted then but if you would like to see then just let me now because I'll post them, even though "orbs" can be anything?
