Almost like a transparent spring heel jack.. that, or a ghostly audition for "Singing in the Rain"??? kinda neat..

Really can't tell if it is a real "sighting". Either way it is a great video. Would be interesting to get some input on this.

If you pay attention there is a smudge on the glass. Not a ghost running fast.
