I am a big Superman fan. I made it an animated avatar because many of my friends send me Superman shields they think I will like and this way I can show them all off on a background I like, (the background is black with Kryptonian writing).

It's a 'thorn monster' Ive drawn, resembling something out of a horror movie, in the negative. I shoul'd be coming up with new matireal soon, in pen&ink for the avatar. Ive been anxious to do it for a year now so... it may change every other week. -Merry Hallows Eve!

Mine's a Mark Ryden painting called "Wound", from his "Blood" series. I'll admit to liking the vague creepiness of it, but mostly I like it because I just had my heart ripped out of my chest. So, seeing as the girl in the picture seems to have had the same thing happen to her, I figured it kind of fit.
