well, after nearly 8 yrs it finally had to happen.... my boyf proposed to me (and yes i had a sook and a couple of tears)
we went to melbourne for a holiday, first one in aboot 5 yrs or so for us.. to visit some mates, and see how they are coping (they are going to be first time parenst) and he had planned a behind the scenes tour of the zoo.. we got to see the snow leopards, cougars.. some other small cat whos name deludes me right now, and 4 brother lions... we got so close it was unreal. it was hard not to reach out and touch them.. there was much restraint on my behalf
it was when we were with the lions he popped the question.. (on bended knee too)
it was soo cool.. and i wont forget it (unless i get dementia that it is)

hope everyone on here is doing well.. wish i could pop on more like i used to beable too, sucks not to have the net at home
