thanks
im glad your life is better now aswell...my only problem now is the end of the evening bloos, when everyone goes off with their freinds and partners im kind of left standing alone, i sink, feel sick and have to force myself to realise that one day ill meet someone who'll say, "you coming"
I am not sure this will make you feel better, but you are not alone in feeling lonely. It has been decades since I have had a significant other, and for me, that is a very sad thing. But I count my blessing, as should you. At least you and I have friends. I have been visiting an social anxiety forum that I found online recently, since my problems have been anxiety attacks due to certain triggers. Reading the posts on that forum will put your social situation in a different perspective. I also at times get the blues, who doesn't, but there are certain things I do to make things easier. Thanking God or what ever deity you believe in for the little things is one of those tricks. If you've got food on the table, a warm bed, and a roof over your head, you're way ahead of a good percentage of the world. If you don't believe in any deity, count your blessing anyway. It does help.
