I have to say that I really don't have a clue as to what you are asking. What federated planets are you talking about? There is only one planet with life that I know of, do you mean is the states going to fight earth?
By commonwealth do you mean the British commonwealth??.. I'm sure Canada, austrailia, Newzealand, Britian and several other smaller nations would love to Kick some US butt...

The commonwealth is based in the Andromeda galaxy..they fly the triangular ships...trust me they know all about the commonwealth ..except the power.
