Ive frequented this site for sometime now, and have not yet come across anything like the link I have provided. This is the best explaination I have read about reasons as to why the body experiences Astral Projection, Sleep Paralysis, and how the brain functions when this occurs.

I believe that everything, is related to the brain ... each is related to a specific state in the brain .... Why ?!
Because the brain, is the principal device for perception ...
So anything which we percieve, is really related to the states of awarness in the brain ...

So if you were to see an apparition you think its because the brain has some how received a signal and its projecting infront of you? That its not actually there as a mass but a vision youve produced with your mind?

Perhaps the brain is like a wireless computer interface that both receives signals and
transmits signals to control and interact with the world. There was a recent study that
showed when a part of the brain was stimulated that people felt like they were being
watched or even touched and some would see apparitions. Their conclusion was that
it was a product of the brain stimulation, but I ask could it be that because the brain
was stimulated it could now PERCEIVE what previously it could not?

The strangest thing happened to me about 10 years ago Becca. The Kundilini rose up my spine and the door of "Raman"as it is called in the Hindu text, opened up. But I bet you a millian dollars , you could not guess what happen next? The unexplainable a angel appeared and guided me all over the astro and spirtitual relms. One question though, is this accurate info?

Do you stare at your forehead through a mirror? Is that what they mean?

But remember they still dont know how brain creates consciousness. Consciousness most probably created the brain. It's been discovered that neuropeptides are found all over the body. So some scientists now dont know where the brain stops and where the body starts.

i came to some of these types of conclusions from using drugs and meditating. For instance i tell people sometimes that their problem is that their brain is still only working with am radio, and i got am, fm, and xm satellite radio. I think that with some psychedelics they let your counciousness be aware of more incoming signals flying around that we dont normally recieve with our eyes, ears, and other senses.

Thanks for not laughing, but it's true. It happens to most people taking the spiritual path,
and there is so much more I could tell you about the " Kundalini " path. It's one of the best kept secretes in the whole occult ,but do you know what they call it in the west?
