If you look at the leg it's too far back to if to be the head

The camera was right up on the rear end. It is not a huge croc.

One more thing. The picture is obviously from the US. So it is most likely an alligator.

The croc is lying in the back of a pickup truck. The angle of the camera makes it look way bigger than it is.

This is an excellent example of how camera perspective can give a false impression of size.
Having a pet alligator myself, I could instantly see this one is not very large. Just look at the duct tape on its legs.
Yes, Gustave the nile croc could swallow this guy whole and still be hungry.
