I often wondered about certain creatures I came across on the net and this one in particular had me baffled. In this day and age, you can't believe anything....even crystal clear photos. Take a look :

Well known "Scary Cave Creature"
Razi

Usually, it's mistaken for a chupacabra
kenshinx

Well, Cryptozoology IS the study of "hidden" animals or animals "rumored to exist" so assumption(being the Mother of all....well, you know the rest), in this case and many others, could be viewed as par for the course.

Perhaps not, but you must admit that all of the hoaxing and photoshopping does tend to make you a little more wary of what's posted on the net today.
thecreeper
not really, i judge a photo how real it looks ( that one cave photo screams fake) and other factors

Except for the fact that the cave photo wasn't a fake photo per say. It was a photo of a model.

We're not talking about a fake shot....we are talking about an unaltered photograph taken of a fake creature. Most of the fake photos taken are: altered pictures done with pc programs. What I am saying is that with the techonolgy that we have to day we can reproduce something to look genuinely real....take a picture of it in a real environment and it can pass as something real....as in the photo I posted. That's a scary thought isn't it? So what are you gonna believe? In unaltered photos? I think not.

It screams so fake that MANY people actually believed it was real....including myself. What if it was real? It's so alien looking you would be in denial anyways.

The reason I believed it is because I have seen indimensional creatures that actual look like this, and I know....so have many others.

sadistic jellyfish of doom
Well, that thing on the right is quite repulsive-looking when you look at it up close. That is what was photographed, right? God, I would be scared to come within five feet.
