I think it's time I wrote a book on Astral Travel. Astral Travel goes by a few different names, so I wanted to see which was most commonly used, to use accordingly in the title.
Thanks.

I'll say Astral Travel.
And, yes, you should write a book heat.
Just make sure you include your future trip to space.

Tend to call it Astral Projection.
Use whatever name you prefer in your book. There's no definitive name for the phenomenon AFAIK. Just make sure, when it's published, you let us know what the book's called so we can buy it.

I call it Astral Projection because that was the first term that I came across wen I Googled
the crazy things that has been happening to me for years and I got directed to pages saying that those are symptoms of Astral projection.
Yeah go ahead and start that book goog luck if it gets published I'll go to my local book store and buy it, Astral projection this is a very interesting subject that everyone should know about and should be doing.

Well, in a trance state, usually, but sometimes a dream state.
Why do you ask? Never heard of this?

You didn't give enough options.
I call it nonsense.
Its a dream.

I did once too, but when you experience it for yourself, you'll find it is very, very far from being a dream.

Did you experience it before or after you heard about it?

I experienced it involuntarily many times before I heard about it, before finding out what it was and using a technique to do it voluntarily.

Sounds more natural to call it astral Projection. Kinda rolls off your tounge.
Good luck with the book!
