Jefe - I have found guidance on the 'Monroe' technique is prolific on the internet. If you put the name in a search engine you will find it. Monroe wrote much compelling work about his experiences while travelling in the astral and they are fascinating.

It was using this technique that brought me my first experience, but I was too frightened by it and I stopped it from happening properly. Unfortunately I seem to have a mental block now and haven't been able to attain it since.

salvia does not have dmt in it and the chemical in it is actually more potent than DMT. they do produce similar experiences though.
