I want to see some of my friends and wondered what is the easiest way to see them... both are very busy so cannot see them usually so wanted to try this to see them.... one friend is only a thousand or so feet away in the next house... another is in the next state... I know pretty much exactly where they usually are.... so wondered which is better to see and hear them easily.. remote viewing or astral projection???

I have read some on people who can astral project... and from my understanding you have to be exhausted and have not eaten anything, then by laying down or relaxing you can go outside your body....

Is remote viewing easier and what is the difference between the two... is remote viewing only viewing things.. or can you hear things as well... and so on....

and how or what is.. the best and easiest way for me to begin trying and doing these things.?.

Okay, from reading around... I want to do astral projecting... I also read about lucid dreaming.... and never knew what that was called.... I have always had lucid dreams... I have always at least known that I am dreaming if not able to control what the dream does...

So my question is... is there a way for me to focus or something while I am lucid dreaming... so that I can astral project.?.? if so how... I have not found much of anything talking about this way of astral projecting....

I have no idear, if you truly lucid dream you should be abel to control thing(s) around you
(you prabably know that..)

Isn't this rather invasive? I hope you are informing your friends you trying this. Otherwise its just stalkish.

Well it could be.. but since we are all really close friends, we respect each other, and know so much about each other it is not... and we all want to do this... They know I am trying this... but it will take me a long time before I will be able to do this...

I mean any Astral Projecter could invade someones privacy.. but I am not one of those people... So can you astral project?

Basically what i do when i astral project is i wait for my body to go to sleep.... but keep ur mind active. While ur waiting for ur body to go to sleep just keep on tellin urself that ur going to project 2nite. Over and over. Once ur body is asleep try and seperate ur 2 bodies. It may seem really werid but just start of at ur toes and try and move them without actually moving ur real toes. Once you've seperated ur toes then try and move ur knees... then keep going until u get to your head. Once you reach ur head is where it gets hard. When u first do it its really hard. when i first did it i literally had to put my hands(astral hands.... not reall hands) against the walls and pull with all my strength. Its a really weird sensation. It's like this ripping tearing feeling. u feel as if ur heads about to pop off. But once u seperate ur whole body ur set to go. I don't know if ur just interested in floating around or what but if u do go onto the astral planes just be careful.... If u get hurt up there then ur normal body cops the injury as well... so if u die up there u die down here. Don't mean to scare u. Usually if u go up with a positive and hapy attitude then u can't get hurt. This is my technique and it doesn't work for everyone but i hope i was of some help!!

okay I will try that... now how can someone die or get hurt while astral projecting? I did not think you could.?.

okay, so another question... can someone who is astral projecting.. so to say pull someone else into astral projecting?? meaning as an example... If I could astral project, could I goto my friend who cannot astral project, and be able to while they are sleeping or relaxed, pull/make them to be astral projected??

When you mean "see your friends" do you mean just seeing them or actually meeting them and interacting. Unless your friends can see you as a spirit I don't think you would be like "Yo what's up Homedawg!" (<< I don't talk like that >_< ) in the middle of the night, lol. I don't think remote viewing would help to interact with friends either because in RVing you are only "seeing" ... right? If you want to actually meet up then I suggest meeting up on the Astral Plane. However, I think both ways can help you "see" them. Good Luck!

The first test - one person Ghostboy and he had an 80% or 4 out 5 five submissions correct. That's pretty impressive.

Feel free to join in - this is being done to 'test the waters' - some said that 'the first test could NOT be done - but I would submit that it was done and pretty well to.

Well Yommi, I wanted to be able to astral project and me see them while astral projecting, now it would be nice to talk to them, but just seeing them is fine for me... and since they would only be able to see my astral self if they were astral projecting... my question is if I am astral projected, can I make someone else to be astral projected or do they have to do it themselves?

Even the professional remote viewers only get rough images in their minds. Go with astral projection.

At least when you get bored with astral porjection, you can go fly off somewhere.
