MKULTRA is one of the
most disturbing instances
of intelligence community
abuse on record.

For many Americans, the 1950s were a docile decade. In U.S. history books, the period is mostly portrayed as a mellow, orderly one, especially in light of the social upheavals that followed in the 1960s. But for the CIA, the "I Like Ike" years were packed with adventure and action, much of it conducted outside of the public's view. Few programs were sheltered with more secrecy than the Agency's mind control experiments, identified together with the code-name MKULTRA.

Concerned about rumors of communist brainwashing of POWs during the Korean war, in April 1953 CIA Director Allen Dulles authorized the MKULTRA program, which would later become notorious for the unusual and sometimes inhumane tests that the CIA financed. Reviewing the experiments five years later, one secrecy-conscious CIA auditor wrote: "Precautions must be taken not only to protect operations from exposure to enemy forces but also to conceal these activities from the American public in general. The knowledge that the agency is engaging in unethical and illicit activities would have serious repercussions in political and diplomatic circles."

All this really intrigues me, I have tried to read up on alot of it and was wondering if anyone had anymore info on it.

Also its in conspiracy theories, so is this whole thing not an actual proven fact?

"There had been a number of earlier secret U.S. governmental projects to study mind-control, interrogation, behavior modification and related topics; these earlier projects included Project CHATTER (established 1947), Project BLUEBIRD and Project ARTICHOKE (both established 1951)

Headed by Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, MKULTRA was started on the order of CIA director Allen Dulles on April 13, 1953[8], largely in response to alleged Soviet, Chinese, and North Korean use of mind-control techniques on U.S. prisoners of war in Korea.[9] The CIA wanted to use similar methods on their own captives. The CIA was also interested in being able to manipulate foreign leaders with such techniques,[10] and would later invent several schemes to drug Fidel Castro.

Experiments were often conducted without the subjects' knowledge or consent.

In 1964, the project was renamed MKSEARCH. The project attempted to produce a perfect truth drug for use in interrogating suspected Soviet spies during the Cold War, and generally to explore any other possibilities of mind control.

Because most MKULTRA records were deliberately destroyed in 1973 by order of then CIA Director Richard Helms, it is difficult if not impossible to have a complete understanding of the more than 150 individually funded research sub-projects sponsored by MKULTRA and related CIA programs."

Thats just some of the info I have found which sums up the basics of it and what its all about, but anymore info would be brilliant.

If you can find it anywhere, I have a book about this. The author is W.H. Bowart, the title is Operation Mind Control. It is okay, but some of the stuff in it is too much conjecture and not enough fact.

Controversial author William Burroughs, who wrote the semi-autobiographical novel 'Naked Lunch', had his start in life as an assassin for the CIA, the proceeds from which he used to feed a substantial drug habit. His journals were worked into fictional novels by his handlers, and the rest is history. The books were full of references to his drug use, the murders he committed, cannibalism, and the sadistic homosexual life he led. He became a noted member of the occult (OTO), and sacrificially murdered his wife to prove his loyalty and gain access to the higher realms of the occult intelligence elite.

So the government has had projects in place to create the ultimate super-soldier, ala Hitler and co. A soulless killer created in a labratory environment would need a proving ground, right? It would seem to reason that these wars fought against a manufactured threat are merely cover... A smokescreen to test, examine, and improve on certain programs designed to finetune that elusive 'Ultimate Warrior'.

You see it all the time in the newer movies. The Hitman is a great example. As is any of the Bourne movies. A government killer suddenly wakes up with new memories. Betrayal sets in and its all about revenge.

If you start to study any of these cases of MKULTRA or SRA (Satanic Ritual Abuse), or Illuminati programming, you will find that the programming will start to deteriorate around a person late 20's to early 30's. Depending on how soon they became initiated.

Is this where Schizoprenia or Manic Depressive (Bi-Polar) disorder comes from?

We should not subject people, especially form an early age to these kind of horrors. It does seem that we commonly do. TV, Movies, and especially Video Games. It is a passive MKULTRA scenario.
