An Urban Legend
Hi all, An Urban Legend here. I have to make this known, because quite frankly is pisses me off. As you all know I’m a Conspiracy Realist, NOT theorist, mainly because I deal in facts, despite the debunkers facts, I deal with The Facts. So here I am one day just trying to spread my article "Pnac, Atta, 911: The Conspiracy Facts and I decide to upload it to my Myspace blog, and bulletin. Well, I uploaded it...and then an hour later......I got CENSORED. Yes, that’s right CENSORED. I heard about this months ago, but it never really hit home until it happened to me. Myspace BLOCKED me from sending messages out, responding to messages, sending friend request, and all that good stuff. At first, I thought it "could" just be a technical error on the sites part, you know "Tom" is always making new changes to the site here and there. So.........

I then decided to test that "site error" hypothesis. I created a new email, and got myself a new account. Then to my amazement, I’m able to message myself and others, add friends again, respond to messages and everything else like its normal! Then I even emailed Myspace about the problem on 3 separate occasions, and they replied twice. (Fair enough) In they're first response to my email, all of which was specific, they didn’t even ANSWER what I addressed. In fact they just stated “To message anyone just go to they're profile and click the message button and click send". I said WTF kind of response is that lol??? It addressed NOTHING of what I said. They're next response was, the first hypothesis, "there is a technical error, we are working to fix the issue, please be patient." I said bull-ish.... thumbdown.gif

All my personal friends are on my list, they even said when I messaged them they never received my messages or friend request. Yet they and my new account which doesn’t have my article on it can do it just fine, so it’s NOT a technical problem. If putting my article in my blog gets me censored, they're can be NO FREE SPEECH there. After getting censored, I was contacted by some other people who also got censored who are on Alex Jones’s Friend list. They said the same exact thing happened to them, and is still happening to them and has BEEN happening to them for the past 4 months, evidently it’s not a technical error. All I have to say is, Myspace is absolutely ridiculous in they're attempts to preserve the government’s lies about nearly all issues. It's plain and simple, if you don’t agree with Bush then your unpatriotic, and we will not tolerate you or your "opinions". You're then silenced.........an opposing view is not tolerated. passifier.gif

All I have to say is, if your on Myspace remember YOU HAVE NO FREE SPEECH. You can’t say what you want, especially if it’s Anti Bush. That is all; I just wanted to throw that out there. Absolutely ridiculous......... sleep.gif

Well if there is money involved you can be 100% sure that will happen. After all, money and fear are their most powerful tools agains the truth since they cannot kill everybody....

Or I hope...

That is pretty scary Urban. If I were you I would contact Alex Jones and have him look into it.

A few little problems I have here...
1). Forum rules prohibit trashing other web sites
2). Some might be offended by your use of the slang for "Urinated on"
3). The people who own the site you refer to are the ultimate authority on how THEIR website is to be used and by whom. It is not Community Property any more than THIS site, or your front yard. I wouldn't want somebody putting up a sign in my front yard that espouses beliefs that I don't share.

Other than that, you might be better off finding a site that is more open to your viewpoints than the one that you mentioned before. You would probably find a more receptive audience there anyway.

Other than that, yeah, it doees seem kind of like they don't want that message on their site. I guess that is tantamount to "Censorship", in a sence. I guess that's their priveledge but, they shhould make their rules a little more clear on issues of this nature. It would clear up a lot of confusion.

What does the user agreement say? It is likely that the user agreement you agreed to upon signing up for a myspace account lets them censor whatever they want.

On another note, I am also not happy with myspace but for a different reason. They let somebody sign up for an account with one of my yahoo addresses without any confirmation that they actually used that address. I found out when my Yahoo account started getting friend invites for this other guy. But I fixed it. First, since it used my email address, I changed his password. Then I changed his page to show that he was coming out of the closet. A few days later I just delted his account. What would prompt someone to use somebody else's account when signing up for something like that anyway?

It is a private website. You either abide with what they say or take your toys and go home.

Read the myspace user agreement that you agreed to without even glancing at

And I got a good laugh out of your "realist" approach, seeing as how all of your opinions are apparently facts.

Entertaining to say the least.

Kind of wish we had "TOM" back on myspace...LOL

who did he sell myspace to anyways?

Firstly, when you are using someone elses website and forum you abide by their rules. You obviously weren't.

Secondly it is very rude to then go onto another forum and complain and criticise about said website. It is also against forum rules to do so. In future if you have an issue with another website do not bring it onto UM.
