Recently, the same author claiming to have found a common ancient star map also claims to have cracked Stonehenge!
It is his contention that the cursus just North of Stonhenge represents the ecliptic. The cursus also appear to celebrate the alignment of the Sun passing in front of Stonhenge and the Winterbourne stoke barrows at midsummer sunrise.
http://thehiddenrecords.com/stonehenge.htmIf the data is proved to be accurate, this would only reinforce the existing star amp theory and the idea that Stonehenge, like Egypt, mimics that above.
Waht do you guys think?

I don't know. It would be nice to have "Stonehenge" code to be cracked. I'm not to sure about it. =/

I can't help but think that, being that Stonehenge was used by multiple peoples during multiple times in history, if any single theory would be able to explain it.

There are many theories with stonehenge, including that it is a ceremonial circle to channel different magnetic fields. I can't help but feel that, if that is the case, then the Sun would not be the only focus of the circle.

well this is just kind of my opinon, but just about "cracking" things in general. i , just like any other person, would like to discover the reasoning and purpose of why things like stonhenge have been created, but if you really think about it, does any body else think that it would be best if we didnt know about why these things are here? i just think its alot funner to wonder about it and use your own thoughts to create an idea of what they were used for. if we know what they were and why they were made, it wouldnt be a mystery anymore, and would just take the fun out of it. but if it could somehow provide information to cure cancer than it would be a different storie.

i heard a theory that stonehenge used to draw some kind of energy into it and that aliens made stonehenge to use the energy as fuel for their ufos

It is possible that stone megaliths surrounding Stonehenge may have been formed to reflect the starlit sky, an indirect relation - but I would advocate the other stone formations as having no direct relation to Stonehenge itself. Mr. Herschel is piecing together something with personal bias in mind - wanting to believe in something is not the same as what actually happened, & this is equally true with structures like Stonehenge.

What i love is in ireland we have Newgrange wich is aligned to the solicaste and its 500 years older than the egyptian pyramids, and if you start searching there are hundreds of megaliths all over the world all alligned to the winter or summer solaciste or both,, facinating isnt it, and lots of people say its just a coincidence... hhhhmmmm yeah right, this alliging buisness is huge and has a signifiance to history we havent discovered yet.

One of the main problems with having a 2000 year old mystery is that you will never have the definitive truth about it, as there is no written records of it from the time. So all the so called truth of it is purely supposition.
