I have cataplexy and I have been leaving my physical body for 50 years. My spiritual body which I travel in ,is just like my natural body. My spiritual body is alive I can breath I have a heartbeat,I can feel just like my natural body. The reason I know this is because I left my natural body, too many times to mention in the last 50 years. Now for some background,the spiritual side of the universe and the physical side of the universe, occcupy the exact same space, (when all folks leave their natural body in dreams they are on the spiritual side of the universe) There are no physical laws in the spiritual side of space. When I travel its when my natural body is in a position where it will come to no harm while I am away. My physical body never moves, while I am away.I am the only one who can make my natural body move. If all the people in the world were watching my physical body,no one could see me when I leave or return . Some day when my natural body wears out,I will leave and stay on the spiritual side of life, in my alive spiritual body. I wish I knew some way to put my life story out for the world to see,it would as an old time saying goes (knock your hat in the RIVER.

Hehe thought I might add something to this comment, yes you are a dreamer perhaps you are even leaning towards the sorcery acts of a dreamer,.

I wouldn't excatly call myself a dreamer yet but I do get a glimpse into the spirit world every now and then, very interesting place, actually quite marvelious in comparison to the physical world where mans rationality makes everything 2Dimensional and black and white.

Great Ive alwaya wanted to meet someone who can do controlled OBE's.

Now, if you'd be up for it and would like to prove to the world the things you see are what they are, I propose we set up some repeatable experimental test.

Every time you enter the Out of body state, I will have a number drawn on a piece of paper in a specific loaction you have no physcial acess too.I'll tape it to the underside of my kitchen table or something like that. Then I want you to PM me the number, so I can verify that you actually have the capability to have an controlled OBE.

Then you can repeat the experiment, for anyone that dosen't believe using the same or similar method.
