Last night, a friend and I were driving down the highway around midnight or so when we noticed bright lights in the sky that were basically in a straight line on both sides of the highway. They were seperated, however, they seemed unusually close to each other for any commercial airlines. We pulled over to the side of the rode and noticed that most of the lights were either not moving or moving very very slowly. They kinda looked like small planes from a distance, however, I've never seen planes act in such a way. We took a few pictures and I will post them very shortly.

Very cool. Have these been cropped from their originial size? What kind of camera did you take the pics with, (digital or film?) What is the resolution of the pics on your computer if they are digital?

They were taken with a digital camera. We resized them because they were 2560X1245 or something like that. The pics in their original size are still on my comp.

Great pics. Could you upload the full ones on a site or something, imageshack maybe? Would be intresting to see!

could be, but I doubt I'd be lucky enough to take a picture with evidence that defined.

Very hard to tell any thing with out reference points.
1: Weather Conditions?
2: A day light photo of the area.
3: Others report a sighting?

The second picture is obviously upside down, why else would upside down writing appear anywhere? My opinion is that the central object is the moon and the other lights are street lights and the writing is a shop or business sign. Heres the clincher...... "Last night, a friend and I were driving down the highway around midnight or so when we noticed bright lights in the sky that were basically in a straight line on both sides of the highway" Those things are called street lamps, they are put there to make night driving a little more safer, they are not UFO's they arent Unidentified they arent Flying but they are Objects!

The first picture looks like there might be something in the middle, but its hard to tell because theres not much point of refrence.

The second, when turned the right way up (why was it upside down anyway?) shows nothing to me.

it was upside down so that they could fool you into believing that the lights were in the sky rather than ground level running parralel to the highway!

I'm sorry - but did anyone bother to review these pictures with the simplest of photo-ecitors??
