Hey, though I'm sure this is a popular topic, I didn't want to bump up a topic from like, 4 months ago. I for one, believe that Nostradamus wrote gibberish and things relating to his own time and that people, after the fact, turn it into some sort of magical prophecy. At some points, he also gets it totally wrong. I'll give you an example, using a prophecy that was supposedly made about the Challenger. Of course, it was too late before anybody connected this to the actual event.

From the human flock nine will be sent away,
Separated from judgment and counsel:
Their fate will be sealed on departure
Kappa, Thita, Lambda the banished dead err

Now then, don't think about the challenger for a second. Before the event happened, could that be connected to the challenger? Of course not! It could mean anything. Of course, there is also the tiny problem that 7 died in the Challenger explosion and not 9. What do you people think?

I don't think it has any significance in relation to the challenger.

(The little excerpt is too general, there's plenty of events in history you could relate it to).

Billions of things happen in the universe, I'm sure if i said a bunch of obscure stuff it would come true sooner or later. Can you post some of his specific predictions....like "This happened to this person".

He really couldn't write in the "<???> will happen to <???> on <???>" because he would have been killed for whitchcraft or something of the sort. People say he wrote obscurely so it isn't true and could mean anyting, but fail to remember they didn't have too much free speech in his time. He was trying to get his predictions out, without beind accused of crimes.

If you think he spoke gibberish, then what makes you think he ever referred to the challenger?
