mysticart1987 aka - Randy, posted this link in another thread. I thought it deserved a thread of it's own - Nice find Mysticart!! thumbsup.gif

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSTsHcqc31E&NR

I've watched this now several times and I have to admit - at the moment I see 'no strings' attached to this one. Not even thermodynamics - dontgetit.gif

Any thoughts - ??

Edited part - This is an ILLUSSION - by the authors own words -

In this case a wineglass. Please note: This video is for entertainment purposes only. It is... in fact... only an illusion. And anyone else that claims that they have telekinetic powers are doing the same type of thing... the only difference is, they won't admit it (because they are desperate for attention). Seriously, show me one telekinetic video that you believe to be authentic, and I will duplicate it and post the video.

As I stated down a few posts in this thread - I was sloppy - pure and simple. 4 hours of sleep and 1/2 cup of coffee - not good 'mojo' for looking at videos and such online - lessoned learned by me - will not happen again... My sincer apology - Back to my continued skeptical self...

The problem is it is not done under scientific protocol. If criss angel can make things move, then some other magician good use the same illusion effectively.

His presentation even reminds me of a magician.

Looks good enough for me to believe.

I agree - I also was impressed that the guy did try to answer some of the skeptic's issues with the see through, the packing peanuts and such.

So I would guess - what oulines of SP do you want to see met?? Write him, the guy seems to do his best with what he has to meet them... ??

This is the one and he has many more of them. It is just funny that he ISN'T a magician but someone who can do telekinesis. Some skeptics would say anything to justify it wrong even with evidence right in front of their faces!!!

He stated himself that it was just an illusion.... Maybe you should read the description.

Gotta read the fine print!! I honestly thought it was too good to be true - and yes I admit in this cases I did NOT read the whole text...

Randy - sorry dude - but this guy totally admits this is NOT Psi - I just didn't catch it in the extended print.

So I have apologize - gotta have more than one cup of coffee and not do this stuff until the coffee kicks in...

I apologize for being sloppy on this one guys...

Jj -

But again - he is a good illusionist!

Now all i need to believe is for that guy to do it under controlled conditions in front of a team of scientists.

edited to add:

Whoops missed the post on it being a illusion. Oh well never mind dammit.

I am sorry - I have a new policy - NEVER look at online videos like this on 1/2 a cup of coffee and only 4 hours of sleep. sleepy.gif Things that would not normally get by me, do...

I was simply sloppy... pure and simple.

No no it is my fault i should have read slowly instead of rushing then adding my reply like a nutter. crying.gif

I think you're so excited about putting things in bold and typing exclamation marks that you don't think everything through, or in this case, read.

It would be fun know how he did it though. He did put on a very good show....

I figured it out on the second video exactly how it's done.
MK ULTRA
Good build up but he's using Yigal Misaka's Loops. You can see him wrapping it round the stem when he puts down the red thing.£7.99 magictricks.co.uk!!!! disgust.gif
Is any Telekenisis real!?!?!?! no.gif Id'e like to believe but after all these years its never been fully proven. Its always bloody magic tricks! wink2.gif
virusdeath0
I doubt myself that someone could do that. But maybe some people out there can do small amounts of it. Say, to roll a toothpick. I have been practising making a necklase swing in a sealed room without touching it. Sometimes I would get it to wobble in different directions. But never swing.
ssjtin
Yep the room is probably sealed very well but you can't protect it from yourself. Question....were you breathing when it wobbled? My guess is yes, yes indeed you were breathing precious sealed air and blowing all over the place. congrats.

People always trying to debunk something. I bet if someone comes with a video with him/herself picking up a car over their heads with telekinesis you will debunk it by saying that they had a helicopter over his head HUH?? wacko.gif no.gif

Anything that people say that they can do or not you will either try to make it something else!! So I don't see why proof is needed if some skeptics will just try to be something else or something scientific never paranormal!!!

Randy, I'm sorry that it wasn't what you had wanted. But there are people out there that know how to create illusions because they know people are either careless or ignorant to things such as metaphysics or/and 'tricks' magicians do. Now if a person holds a car over their head with TK, thats another story. Things turn up depending on circumstances, its not always all or nothing.
ssjtin
If someone picked up a car with telekinesis they'd become the most famous person in the world and if no one can prove that it's fake then I might even believe. Has it happened? No. Will it ever happen? Yes, in X-Men movies.

They point anywhere they can and everywhere they can - but the one place it should matter the most - their own life. If their own lives cannot back up what they say - believe, but they fear to stand up and point to their life ad say - "here is the proof of what I believe with my own life..." well.... that says it all right there.... Y??
