Haha, sucks for them. I'll make sure not to play on an expensive TV when I get one.

Or, just hold onto the bloody remote instead of throwing the damn thing.
The strap is there just incase you drop it, not for if you decide to accidentally picth the remote at the TV.

Wow that's retarded and funny at the same time. How pissed the parents must be after they saw what happened to their high TV.

i seen the vid on page 2 and that guy was a moron you dont need to put all your weight behind a WII swing....

It'd really take some force to break even that little string that attaches the wiimote to the strap. You'd probably dislocate a shoulder first.

These people think that you can throw them about as hard as you want and they won't fly off the straps. Its just idiocy.

Nintendo are recalling controllers and replacing straps, it seems.

its nothing big, each console that comes out has its own problems, most 360's had that over-heating issue, wii has its remote strap issue, wonder what the ps3 has..

That expensive paperweight issue?

A thin wrist strap is hardly a major issue. If that's their only problem, Nintendo are doing alright in my opinion.
I've replaced my wrist strap with a handcuff.

There is no way the Remote is going ANYWHERE if it's handcuffed to my wrist.

I did actually through the damned thing really hard while bowling recently. It smashed against the ceiling, fell down against the TV knocking over tons of DVDs and stuff, and skidded around the floor. Still works perfectly, but i'm not taking that chance again.

that bowling game is rather addicting. I'm just suprised at how into these games people get! lol. Me and my buddy were playing wii tennis and he was just going crazy! haha

I half expected him to fling the wiimote right out a window

On the Wiisports for me the best is the Tennis or the golf, the golf has really helped my swing tbh.
