I tried to record my pin wheel thing. I covered up move nose and mouth to make sure I wasn't breathing on it. Closed doors and windows. Kept my hands by my side and it rocks every so often when I put my self in that position.
How light is the paper?
Yes this is important - the lighter the paper the less natural energy from air and/ormotion it will take to rock and/or move it.
Here is another test - put three or four of these up with in a 6 inches of each other - what happens? WHY?? Yes why! Use critical and analytical thinking - figure it out. Why do the four pin-wheel do what they do??

Yet when I put it under a container. It doesn't move at all.
yes it will not - exactly and if you keep your hands and focus on it - it still will not move. Why? Unless you change the conditions to create heat and cold: Heat rises, cools and drops and rises again - this creates air flow. The lighter the paper the easier. Too much heat and/or not enough heat will have obvious cause and effects. Why??

I'm now looking the skeptic way. Help me find the science reason this is.

I am actually impressed that you are starting to ask questions!

You are beginning to become analytical and learning the skills of critical thinking. (No that does not mean you put people down...) Critical thinking means something else and not to put people down.
