Oh, yes, absolutely. I believe we enter this dimension in order to learn and grow and evolve. No man is born wise.

same here I believe in that as well. I might even be reincarnated. But I'm not really sure though. I wish I knew if I was or am reincarnated.

I don't have any particular investment in believing one way or the other about reincarnation, but to me the evidence in favor of it looks pretty good. If it's not true that we reincarnate, then that's fine by me, too.

It would depend on ones definition of reincarnation. If you are talking about jumping species i.e. ‘he was a dog in his past life or a spruce tree in anouther’ I would draw the line. As a Christian I believe there are circumstances (without scriptural evidence) in cases such accidental death of a child or victims of murder, results of evil intent and direction. As well and this one ‘a touchy subject’ suicide as a result of drug interactions on mentality or being tormented and coerced into such action by evil people.
Perhaps even in some cases of accidental death. God has allowed these things to happen and He would have a means to remedy such happening by allowing a second chance on occasion.

I like that answer, Irish- although since I'm a Buddhist as well as Christian, I believe in full blown reincarnation- though I have my own ideas on it. I believe that you are reincarnated until you do something so incredible with your life that you need not be any more- Buddha did such a thing, although I don't think many others have. Personally, I think that I'm a reincarnation of Nicola Tesla....there are alot of similarities between the ideas I have and those he did.

I believe in re-incarnation.
I believe that we are here to experience life from all angle, and that we set the circumstances of our incarnations in order to learn.
Some of us have been around quite a while, in many lives. Some have chosen to return even though they no longer need to learn the lessons, but in order to guide others to the wisdom we all seek.

I strongly believe in rebirth/recarnation. Because I've had several of lives since my first. No one can ever change my mind. I've believed in it since my 13th birthday when I remembered a life I had.

I'd like to hear about any past life memory you've had. I won't scoff. Just curious is all.
I've had them but can't distinguish them from ordinary fantasies. How do you tell between a past life memory and a fantasy about a past life?
In some cases, there are facts that can be verified or falsified. I mean to ask about cases where that's not true.

I believe in reincarnation. Pretty much everything is cyclical in this universe - why not our lives?
Also, my son had vivid memories of a past life when he was younger.

There have been so many convincing cases of past lives, alot of them having to do with kids as well. I'm almost forced to at least consider it very possible. I currently believe in it, but still with some skepticism.
Jeffrey Keene has a book out about his past life. I've met him on this forum and he sent one to me with his signature on it. It's a must read if you're interested in reincarnation. He provides EVIDENCE to support his case.

I definitely believe in Reincarnation, and I know Edgar Cayce talked about it in depth.
I believe it's true from the books I've read on the topic, and from my own personal experiences which began when I was a little girl. I hope to some day write a book about it.

It's my belief that you can do pretty much what you want (in the spiritual sense) after physical body death. If you believe in reincarnation you will reincarnate, if you don't you won't. However I do believe there is some free will involved and some souls may have a choice.

My brother was born a few days after 9/11. He creeps me out alot. He hates to be up high, especially looking down at the ground. When we go to the park, he wont go on the playground. Hes terrified to be in buildings near any windows. He also hates airplanes. Though, hes never been close to one. When one flies by I can see him cringe. Hes only 5 right now, but I believe he may be someone that was lost that day?

Hi Xohxdancing:
Yeah, that really makes sense. Well, I don't know if you believe Psychic Sylvia Browne, but she says there are no ghosts as a result of the 9/11 tragedy. She said they went very quickly. Sylvia also says that sometimes people exit this life and enter another life quickly also.
So it could be possible that because of your brother's phobias, he was one of the souls that entered another life quickly after his previous death.

Hi xohxc:
I've always thought about that. I've heard things in the past regarding that......like when they said "On the third day, he rose.....". My hunch is that it could be as soon as three days after someone has departed.
What I would do is as he gets older, pay close attention to his dreams. If he mentions anything that could be related to his past life, encourage him to talk about it. I think I may have mentioned this in a previous post, but I have a niece who at the age of 4 was playing quietly with her toys in the livingroom. Then she came up to me and said "A long time ago I used to be a boy, and I had yellow hair." I wish I had encouraged her to talk more about it. I didn't necessarily brush it off. I said something like "Oh really?? that's interesting." And then she went back to playing quietly with her toys.
I really think that parents should pay closer attention to the things that children say, including people and "invisible" friends they tend to play with. Chances are they are not figments of their imagination. What do you think?

Hi Lauren :-)
This is absolutely amazing!
When your brother talks to you about these things like when he says "When I was your age", is he very serious? Also, I'm very curious, what else does he say to you that suggests to you he had a previous life?

Usually he says things like "When I was your age, I used to do that too." Usually referring to something that I had just done/said. He is usualy quite serious when he says these things, and when my other brothers (who are both 13) make fun of him for it, he gets very angry at them. He tells them that they "dont understand." I just think it all ties together somehow with the fears of certain things and claiming he was my age before.

I believe in reincarnation. Mainly because I've had a few dreams that have stood out more, they had more emotion and were very vivid and I died in them. So I kinda consider those dreams as a brief look into a past life maybe because they just felt like that. In one it pretty much explained how I received my birthmarks that I have. So I think I can remember a few but I will never know for sure.

lauren ..
I have a point of view about this and i would like to know your opinions about it ..
You said, that ur brother was born 3 days after 9/11 ...
I guess the soul (if existed) enters the body long before 3 days from the birth date !
It is too late ...
Maybe his mother has been emotionally affected by the 9/11 tragedy ... and these negative effects has been transfered to your brother when he was in the womb .... Just an idea ..
Anyway can you tell us what your young brother always used to say ??! Im really very curios .. It is very interesting ...
Thank you ..
Best regards ...

Hi Moonprincess:
Well, I hope this will make you feel better about this. I heard a well-known Psychic say that we never die alone. We always have angels and family members who come to greet us to take us to the "other side." The psychic says it's not when we die that we're alone, it's when we're born that we're alone.
Also, the psychic said that strangely many of us are on our last incarnation. By this statement, it seems to show that we're very close to the end of this system of things. Gee, I'm gonna miss my carmel frappuccino's. I hope they have these when I get to "the Other Side."

I think I have/had another life. I'm not sure. I feel something towards this one guy I really like. And I'm not sure about the "feeling." My feelings for him & this "feeling" are two different things. ^^; Just to clear that up. But I think a part of me is surrpressing the memories. Is that even possible?
