I just posted this...and even then someone else beat me to it!...the consensus seems to be that the fence wasn't attached at the bottom...

THis one has been posted alot in recent weeks/months - the majorty feeling is the fence wasn't attached at the bottom and thejoy riders knew this

I think this clip induces deja vu.

The fence was crappy. It was open atthe bottom, like previously stated.

Strange is what I think. Seems to me the cops would have got out and investigated how they car went through

that is also true, it seems to me whoever was driving the car was really screwing with the cops had the fence rigged ahead of time (for all we know he could have had a friend in the bushes that pulled a wire to release it at the right moment)there are also some time discrepencies in the camera ticker you will notice if you watch it again ,anyway yes(IMAO) the police DID inspect the fence and DID notice it was rigged or broke,that part isnt in the video ,that Police Dept may have innocently fabricated this story as a prank(cops are notorious for these, this as a good natured way of innitating "rookies") or maybe the wildest chase type show that aired may have laid their spin on it as for that Claim that the PD call it the ghost car? chances are that started as a holloween D.A.R.E. party for kids as entertainment. this did start showing up around the begining of November did'nt it? That said, it is a great vid!!!!

I doubt it. I think they just thought they could crash thru the fence and instead the fence wasn't staked down at the bottom (lots of chain linked fences aren't) and they went under it.

Also true Cold-E ,just seemed like all the erratic driving in circles bit He pulled before he made that sudden dash for THAT certain dirt road (almost seemed the the car re-appeared at one point just to make sure the cops would follow him down THAT dirt road) ..Anybody try to freeze the face I havnt had much luck?.......B
