When me and my friend are out and about doing whatever we notice that alot of street lights we pass with suddenly turn out on us. Just out of the blue they will all radomly turn off. Is it just dumb lukc or somehting else?

I don't know what it is, but that used to happen to me also. When I would be walking down the street either by myself or with a friend, street lights would go off as we passed by them. It was mostly pretty random, but I remember one light on a street adjacent to mine would turn off EVERY time we walked by it. So, I think it has something to do with the lights themselves rather than some "force" or whatever that you would be emitting.

Most street lights are now triggered by movement to conserve energy and use a sensor.
