All my life i've had the feeling that I was a little bit psychic. I wasn't sure if I was or not, so I began reading about it and how to expand your psychic abilities with certain excersises. Recently after doing this, I am beginning to notice weird things with my vision. I am seeing lots more "corner vision" shadows. And a truely weird thing I've never seen before.

Today at work, a co-worker of mine walked in front of me and it was like I saw a blur following her. Almost like air swirling right behind, (think of gas in the air, or heat waves in the summer.) As soon as she stopped walking I didn't see it anymore.

Has anyone heard of anything like this? I just couldn't figure this one out. Any Thoughts?

If it were me, I'd have my vision checked.

I see things out of the corner of my eyes all the time. I noticed at a young age that if I look at something like my finger really close I can see an extension off the skin, about 1 cm long that blurs the light past it. I don't know if there's a natural explanation for that or not. Could be chi or something.

It sounds like something that was described to me by a close friend who claims she has medium abilities. She says that she sees people's guardians and sometimes they are as clear and as solid as a real person. Other times, they are as you described. Or perhaps you saw her aura.

Hopefully someone who experiences this can tell you what it is that you are seeing. Keep meditating, and hopefully you'll find someone you can "apprentice" with.

Those things are all over the place. Be careful to form your own opinion of what it is your seeing, and what it may be in relation to yourself.
Be careful of declaring things aloud when you think you see one. You may end up faceing places and things you don't want if you do. Remain independant, and you won't have to worry about a commitent.

Having said that, and gone through it myself, welcome to the first layer of deception.

Can I just say.. HUH??!? ^^^^^^^^^^^^ I don't understand what your saying. I didn't form an opinion of what I was seeing. Which is why I came here to ask advice from others to see who else, if any, had seen or experianced like what i did.

That is heat refraction or ... ummm ... 'gas' in the air (if you get my drift )?

While I don't doubt you may be sensitive, I think most people should look for rational explanations first before looking to the irrational (not in the crazy sense). That seems to me what you are trying to do - look for the rational explanation.

I'm not being funny but have you had your eyes checked?

It could be something as simple as that.

Its not a bad idea to have that done. Maybe you already have.

It just struck me as something that has been described before. Also when people have this ability some say that it is "just different" from the norm. Something tells them that it is an ethereal or otherworldly event. Intuition I suppose.

In answer to the question of getting my eyes checked, I have. I wear contacts, and I have been for the past 10 years. In all that time I've never seen anything like what I saw. I've also read someone said that maybe it was actually "Gas or Heat Waves", but I was outside at the time and it's winter time so no heatwaves there, and there was also 3 other people standing around me and no one smelled gas or saw what I saw. If it has to remain a mystery then that's what will happen. I just figured that someone out there might have also seen something like this, and if not, then that's fine also. I never jumped to conclusions on this, just curiousity. Thank you for your answers.
