Long story short , my friends wife spends tons of hours making videos from diferent games , she has won awards.She has a website , and another on utube.A certain person has taken these videos , well , downloaded them , than updated them as their own material.I hate nothing more than someone stealing peoples material...Worst thing is utube not doing anything about it....So please , go to his site and let him know how wrong this is and what a jerk he is.....p.m. me if you want more info on her sites...Thanks , Rob

Let me get this straight...your friend's wife takes clips from different video games and combines them into one to make a montage of of sorts and someone else is taking your friend's wife's videos and changing them a little.
Although its probobly not propper internet manors theres nothing youtube will do because its not original material. She has no copyrights to the video. I'm also sure that whoever actually created the original videos that she is using is maybe also upset.

No,no,no,no......There are people who make their own videos , via programs such as vegas....Yes ,they use characters from games and such , but the entire thing is done by the "director"...the person making the video.My friends wife , ok , "Crystal" has made many of them , along with other people who enjoy this.Takes a lot of time....She was invited by EA to go to a meeting a while back , but missed the cut by 1.It is not copyrighted , that you are right on , so no recourse...Just a "morals" thing....Anyway , was just asking a favor , not posting a huge discusion
