Anthony Shaffer was told by his superiors to leave Atta out of his report one year before 911 .

I would have an easier time believing that Bin Laden is on the CIA payroll instead of this guy.

Mohammad Atta loved western life drinking, partying, drugs ,women,moneyetc. I dont believe he had an extremists mind like Al Qaeda to fly a plane into Twin Towers unless he was framed to be on that plane at that certain time.

No he wasn't and given his hatred of the US I doubt he would want to work with the US government.
There's was a program about him. And they had footage while he was a CIA Agent. So I kinda believe he was.
