Robots will never take over humans. If humans know how to create them, then they surely know how to destroy them. Another thing, robots will never be as strong as humans
since robots are created by humans, and humans are created by GOD. Humans are more complicated than robots will ever be. And anyways, like you guys should know, in the past the civilizaations were highly advanced, even more than our own present time. They reached their maximum, their peak, then got destroyed, as it happens to every civilization.
If they could not create robots stronger than humans in the past, then they cant create them now. Humans have much more abilities and powers like telekinesis, telepathy, teleportation, pyrokinesis, cryokinesis, flight, invisibility...etc.

There is a simple and relatively easy way to wipe out all robots on earth, without effecting Humans. An EMP (ElectroMagnetic Pulse).

We have this technology now. USA have one that could destroy all electrics in North America, and the Russians worked with USA to help develop this.


They are relatively easy to build a small one at home, if you have the knowledge, though its not very powerful.

The future for humanity is in "Uploads", Genetic engineering and cloning.

An "upload" is a digital scan of your brainstate at an atomic level, achieved by nanotech sensors, which enter the bloodstream via a pill / a drink / an injection, etc.

Upon death, your body is cloned (Genetic tweaking optional - "How tall would you like to be, Sir?")

The brainstate of the clone is kept in a null state, again by nanotech.

When the body reaches the required age, the brainstate is replaced by the "upload" .

Interesting - I didn't realise Stargate SG-1 had explored the concept (I'm guessing that's what the Asgard reference points to).

Cryogenics has a few issues, the most major one being that the formation of the ice crystals cause massive damage to the brain. Saying that - until they develop the nano uploads, it's still probably your best shot at immortality.

As far as humans becoming cyborgs, thats exactly what is happening now. Robotic limbs, as was said pacemakers, implants to hear better. They have even conected a computer directly to the brain In one blind man in the hopes of him oneday seeing again. We have developed a computer that can be controlled with the mind, and one day we will be able to connect to the internet via implant anytime anywhere. We will be assimilated.
