When I was young, I believed the afterlife as a bar where everyone hung out and watched this TV which had on it us, and whoever watched saw whom they wanted. Obviously I've grown and my opinions have changed but I've come to a pinnacle in my theories.

The theory I came to is:

The brain is a system of brain tissue that controls the flow of electricity (which has been partially proven already). Which leads me to believe actions such as tickling and (not to be perverse or gross) not using protection during sex put off so much sensation, due to the fact that your nerve endings are sending off jolts of human electricity from your body to someone else's body. Which also explains the no-protection-feels-better occurrence (always use it though!!!) being latex is a rubber, rubber being a material that does not conduct electricity. So when we think, maybe we, say, burn images and thoughts to our brain tissue so minutely it takes barely any space, or maybe its undetectable, and memory is simply a task of reading over past thoughts, kind of like how a computer indexes data.

This then, is how i come to the theory that a human brain is simply a mass consisting of what it does, a container of thought if you will, which i believe isn't too off the wall to believe.

I can go further to say ghosts or entities could be 'hot spots' or 'voids' in space/time (space being a place, and time being when it occurs) that are nothing more than accumulations of invisible energy (the electricity that our brains run off of) left behind by the departed, or the age-old theory of it being a mass of energy(soul) left behind altogether. Which can push me into a whole idea of heaven/hell just being massive groups of brain-energy masses and somehow linked way off in our universe.

This theory can still reside in

- The Big Bang (the constant expansion and contraction of space, and the energy within it)
- God (if you think of him/her as simply an enormous energy mass that spawned our thought system as opposed to our entire physical stature, and not being a humanoid being)
- Evolution (being once our bodies evolved far enough our brains were able to pick up this frequency being spawned by the massive energy(god) we were able to decipher it, this also includes most intelligent beings)
and
- The Afterlife (being this energy can take the place of the traditional spirit, not to say we don't have souls, but the idea of what a soul is could be changed if thought of in this way)

*Also this could also rule in aliens, as god would then be a massive energy which can oversee the entire universe when pointed to where. You can imagine that like a satellite used for photos of earth, with it being so big you'd have to know where to look exactly.
And who's to say that after we learned how to communicate and theorise on our own that the energy didn't go searching for other evolved species on other planets, only to lose our location in the process..? Or that we are one of many latter species given this ability?

The afterlife theories only came as of recently (3 years ago) when i, at the time, thought that when we died it was as if being passed out or asleep, our brains would cease and wed just be KO-ed permanently, kind of a sad idea but it made sense to me. it wasn't until I was trying to 'trip' on cough medicine, with the active drug dextromethorphan, that i took quite a bit. And with it being a dissociation drug I, sure enough, had an out of body experience, which consisted of me watching myself show a friend of mine how to do something on the computer, she recalls the event, as do i but from a third person perspective as if i was in the corner of the ceiling watching down on myself, it lasted but a few minutes when i then found myself lying on my bed as if i was waking up, i went back out into the room and she confirmed that i had been showing her exactly what i saw myself showing her on the PC.

Which obviously led me to believe our energy mass can exit the brain under certain circumstances. Dissociative drugs (which i honestly wouldn't recommend), Near-Death Experiences, and Death itself.

Hope for some feedback, of the non-negative type!

Sorry if any of that was confusing, but I'll be on here anyway if there's questions!

When you touch it isn't initially the electricity that makes you feel it. There are 2 different kinds of nerve receptors in our skin. One is close to the surface and feels light pressure, heat and such. The other is deeper in the skin and feels pressure that is harder. When the nerves pick up the pressure it is then turned into an electrical signal that goes through the paths of neuron cells to the spinal cord, then relayed to the correct area of the brain.

It doesn't matter if the condom is rubber or not, all that it takes to lose the sensation is something covering it.

Oooh okay that makes sense, but everything else could theoretically be possible.

Yeah it is. DXM is a messed up thing... It's crazy. I've experienced so many messed up things from it, from separating my ego and reaching a temporary nirvana to messing up electromagnetic fields around me. I quit the stuff though. It's very bad for your brain. I have 2 bottles in my dresser to keep from doing it. They've been there for almost 6 months and I haven't done it for longer than that.

The universe just is. That is ultmiately all we can say about it......not good or bad it just is. The objective world is the product of subjective consciousness.

Finally someone is on my level. as a child and on up to now i always thought that there wasnt any difference between science and religion besides two things10 science is fact base and religion is on faith. Science explains the bible to me in clarity not the opposite. It all how you look at it, some say buddha some say allah and some say god, some say soul some say electricity or energy. ant believe we are still debating this. It make perfect since to me. the soul reincarnate and energy just transfer to another source. Its all about bridging the gap. I also found out that psionics is based on visualizing and faith basically and meditation all the same things as jesus did. REMEBER THIS IN THE BIBLE IT SAID FOR NO MAN TO TAKE FROM THE BIBLE OR ADD TO IT BUT IT DIDNT SAY HOW TO TEACH IT. GOD-DEVIL, POSITIVE-NEGATIVE, PUSH-PULL, LIGHT-DARK. OUR GENERATION WOULD PUT AN END TO DIS LONG DEBATE. I ADVISE YOU TO PICK UP A BASIC SCIENCE BOOK AND THE BIBLE OR ETC, USE COMMON SENSE AND BRIDGE THE GAP.

This is kind of like the super string theory...

My current model of viewing the afterlife is that the 3D 'physical, 'material' Universe is just a really advanced multiplayer-type 'game' (or simulation if you like). Human beings are merely the avatars that our souls (our real selves) get to ride in order to fully experience this universe. The brain is what allows our Human avatar to experience, manipulate and function in this simulation, but consciousness is in the soul, and not physical.

Each Human/Avatar has its own abilities/weaknesses. One of the rules is that you are not allowed to retain memories prior to beginning the simulation, as that would spoil the experience. The ultimate purpose is to learn and grow, or maybe just recreation. What did you think everyone just sits on clouds and plays the harp all day?!?

This model would allow for the following features:
Big-bang- Boot up process!
Atoms, Molecules, Quantum Mechanics, DNA- Various levels of scripting engines and property files that enable this universe to take form
Miracles- The Creator has access to all sorts of secret back-doors scripts, of course!
Demons- Hacker entities who have discovered cheats to manipulate the world, and the codes to take control of someone elses Human/Avatar (demonic possession)
Evolution- Side effect of the simulation, poorly-scripted entities are eventually displaced by more robust ones (natural selection)
Ghosts- Players that have wrecked their avatar, but refuse to leave the simulated world or can't find an exit. They have limited ability to interact with the world.
Reincarnation- Do you get one chance to play or many? Who knows? Maybe if you have leftover quarters... ;-)

Pure speculation, of course, but based on what I understand about the laws of physics, and the paranormal.
