Here's what it actually is. Apparently it's this creepy guy that lives back in the woods. Whenever he hears someone walking around, he goes over and kills them. He's called Bunnyman because he mutalates a bunny for each one of his victims. He stores all of this in a bridge/tunnel.

There is more to the story than that. It was an escaped mental patient near the turn of the century. They never found him but found mutilated rabbits in the vicinity of the bridge. What is sadi to happen is that on a certain night (I think Halloween) if your standing on the bridge at midnight a bright light comes towards you and then suddenly the person is hanging old south style from the bridge. This story has been debunked quite a bit. The time scale for the events dont add up and all the death records and even the library theyre suppose to be found at dont exist

This bridge is in my state of MD. And a criminal broke out of jail of some sort. He somehow managed to get ahold of a bunny suit. He went on a killing spree or something. Local teens heard of the man, kinda went out to the bridge. And ended up getting killed, the guy would leave their bodies there handing over the bridge. But he was never caught ever! They even setup a camera to catch him, but nothing has happened. When they setup the camera is unknown to me. That's the story in my big heavy book.
Edit: Try typing in Bunnyman Maryland and hopefully you'll get the info.

I'd always heard it told that he was called the bunnyman because he killed rabbits. I never heard any reports that he wore a bunny suit. I think that all got started due to the name, not the other way around.

As every one knows, this like so many other things seen on MTV is totally fake. Fake ghosts, the legend of Billie Jean, Michael Jackson matters, O.J. is innocent, and Rap is raw from the ghetto. Once you see MTV do an expos`e of it, you know that it is B.S. and some rich fat guy is squeezing the last few nickels out of it. Remember break dancing? Notice how they started showing it a couple of weeks before the new breakdancing movie was mentioned on tv? Yeah, this bunny man thing is real. All rappers get rich with one album and then disappear with their billions of dollars and oversized punk jewerly. Ever wondered where they go? They are such steller super star money maker artists that after a video or two, they totally disappear. You never hear about them again and not even MTV goes to find them? Either they are not the super stars that MTV makes them out to be or it is just cheaper to find someone else, who is hungrier, and make a new superstar.
Bunny man is now the DJ in a new Junior Highschool Rap band. Word to your Homies, Boo.

I'm sorry but shouldn't he be called something other than "Bunnyman"? It doesn't really conjure up any vicious images.

There are a lot of bunnyman topics out there right now. They need to be merged.
