And yet the server only let's me add the image to my signature, instead of also a short quote beneath it. It instead gives me a siggy. to long, error message. How is this when I've seen signatures on board way larger than mine is trying to be!?

We installed a new signaure size limitation system this morning and it's still being tweaked, it looks like the "maximum characters per line" limit was set too low, try updating your signature now.

I am stumped, I admit. I had this signature gif image as my signature yesterday:
Now when I try to re-apply the image to my signature, I get an error message saying it's too long or too high. But it's 98X98 in size. And it was fine to be added to the signature yesterday, so what's changed? Thanks for reading this.

That image is 117k in size, the maximum allowed size is 50k.

Ah, that explains it. But not how it slipped by yesterday. Drats shoulda stayed lucky and left it alone.
