When I change my personal photo to a new pick and reclick back on my profile the old pick is still there. I went to My Controls and successfully changed the pic there but in my profile(the new one when you click on someones name and the pictures in the top left) is still the old one. I went Setting on my profile(where its the last option in Topics, Posts, Blog, Comments, Settings) and changed the photo and it showed up where it was so pose to...but after I exited my profile and went back into it the old picture was their.
I tried deleting the picture and then putting the new one in but it didn't work.

Have you tried clearing out your internet temp files and the cache then doing it?
Edit: I just changed and changed my picture back and it worked, so it's not UM.

Yep, it should be. Be sure to make sure you have the cache check marked to be cleared.

How to clear your cache:
Right click your Internet Explorer or Firefox icon. You should see the words Internet properties in a list provided. Go to Internet properties and a box should appear. Go to the Address home page web url and erase the last letter of the web address, then type it back in. This is important for the cache to completely clear later. Then press the General tab and click on Delete Cookies. The computer will go through the process of deleting cookies. Then click on Delete Files (also checking the box that says Delete Offline content). Once again, the computer will go through the process of deleting temporary files in your cache that may affect the speed of your web browser. After that, click on Clear History (Days to keep pages in history must be 0). After that, click Apply. Then wait about 10-15 seconds for your computer to fully erase the temp files in the cache before browing the internet again.
