a storm is brewing in NH--it is also important for you to know that "there is a time when silence is treason"-- whether NH will be the next waco is hard to tell but the seed has already been planted so i commend Ed Brown and Russell Kanning for their valiant deeds of courage and honor
linked-image
-- basically from what i have gathered Ed Brown is a dentist from NH who is a diligant patriot to the extent of eliminating his mortgages and completely removing himself from the grid by being self sufficient and is prepared enough to admittedly go years without need for supplies-- he is currently protesting the corrupt and unconstitutional financial and govt institutions by not paying an income tax or at least refusing to pay until the statute is presented demonstrating a law requiring him to do so-- a corrupt judge is unconstitutionally setting boundries that will not allow Ed to present his case so he has refused to show up in court and his friends are under the impression that a waco style seige may be imminent and have been drawing many welcomed armed patriots willing to stand up for what is right as is demonstrated here-

Will Plainfield be another Waco?

by Mark Yannone

In defending themselves against a federal government they claim is operating outside the government's jurisdiction, Ed and Elaine Brown have filed 42 motions in Concord, New Hampshire's, US District Court and had every one denied. The couple then spent three days in court last week listening to the federal government try to build an income tax case against them.

"Of course the government failed. They didn't prove a thing. There's nothing to prove. We didn't violate a statute because there is no statute, and they don't even have jurisdiction. In fact, the court is operating out of a building that New Hampshire never ceded to the federal government--as the law requires in order to have jurisdiction over anyone who has ever been tried in that court!"

But it gets worse. When Judge McAuliffe gave the Browns a draft copy of the jury instructions he planned to deliver at the end of the trial, the contents convinced Ed Brown that McAuliffe would never let him present the kind of defense he planned.

Ed Brown called me on Saturday evening and said that it was clearly pointless for them to go back into that courtroom, and they will not go. Consequently, he fully expects an armed assault by law enforcement at his home on Tuesday, which he and his friend Michael believe will result in a Waco-type scenario. Quipped Michael, "At least we'll be warm."

Ed Brown said he had one simple message for America: "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country."

Leafleting campaign triggers forced court appearance

From NHfree.com
Keene, New Hampshire
July 31, 7:00 p.m.

For the third time in the last four days, Keene resident Russell Kanning finds himself in Federal custody. The 36-year-old libertarian activist isn't in trouble for selling drugs, threatening officials or endangering anyone. Instead, he's the target of Federal wrath because he attempted to enter the Keene IRS office with…a piece of paper.

Last Thursday, after announcing his intentions publicly, Kanning appeared in front of Keene's IRS branch wearing overalls and a straw hat, clutching a pitchfork in one hand and a leaflet in the other. His intent was to enter the IRS office - sans pitchfork - and hand the leaflet to any government employees working there.

"I want them to quit their jobs," he said, referring to the one or two IRS agents who staff this part-time office on Keene's Main Street. His flyers contain a form which he is asking IRS agents to sign, pledging they will stop working for the agency because of what he considers the evil things it funds.

Are the Waco Killers Coming to NH?
Tuesday, 16 January 2007
By Kat Kanning

In what has been referred to as a "kangaroo court", Ed and Elaine Brown have been on trial for daring to expose the idea that normal Americans are not required by law to pay Federal Income Tax. The judge has struck down 40 of the Brown's motions in court, and has refused to allow them to present evidence in their defense. If the income tax is truly legal, why cannot the jury hear the evidence and decide for itself?

Today, the Browns are due in court at 9:30 am, but according to friends, they are refusing to appear before the kangaroo court again. Friends hint that there will be an armed standoff with the feds, Waco-style at the Brown's home in Plainfield today. Ed Brown is the leader of a group called the Constitutional Rangers who seek to restore America to a constitutionally limited Republic.

thanks for posting this. Down with globalism.

it seems there may be a double standard when it comes to seizing property and enforcing illegal statutes-- although they do know that their minions in the military have already been "vaccinated" so they wont own property or require medical insurance for very long

Federal Workers Owe Billions in Unpaid Taxes
Jan 17th - 10:26am

WASHINGTON - As the 2006 tax season approaches, the federal government is still trying to recover nearly $3 billion from its own employees who failed to file income tax returns for 2005.

More than 450,000 active and retired federal employees did not voluntarily comply with federal income tax requirements for the 2005 tax year, according to documents obtained by WTOP through the Freedom of Information Act. (See Excel spreadsheets in the Related Links below.)

The total balance owed is $2,799,950,165.

The documents show that every federal agency has employees who failed to comply with federal tax laws.

Seventy-one employees in the Executive Office of the President, which includes the White House, owe $664,527 in taxes for 2005. About 20 of those employees have entered into an IRS payment plan, bringing the EOP balance down to $455,881owed by 50 employees.

The White House did not respond to repeated requests for comment.

In fact, about one third of the delinquent employees, or 149,500, entered into a payment plan, but the total owed is still more than $2 billion.

At the IRS, employees can be fired for failure to pay federal income taxes. But an IRS spokesperson tells WTOP it's no easier to collect from federal employees than it is to collect from the general public.

In the past, IRS officials have been quick to compare the federal workers' rate of compliance with the general public's. But this year, the IRS is not able to track the compliance rate for the general public. The percentage of federal employees who still owe back taxes for the 2005 year is 3.3 percent of the workforce including retirees.

The federal agency with the highest number of delinquent taxpayers is the United States Postal Service, where 56,652 employees owe more than $320 million. So far, about 22,000 of those employees have agreed to a payment plan.

A spokesperson for the Postal Service says the agency hopes all of its employees follow the law, but will leave enforcement to the IRS.

The agency with the best compliance rate is the Department of Treasury, which includes the IRS. Fewer than 2 percent of Treasury employees failed to pay their taxes. About 3,000 Treasury employees owed $13,489,683 -- 1,437 of those feds also have made payment plans.

The IRS tracks the compliance rate of federal employees each year in an effort to increase compliance. Agency directors are made aware of their department's compliance rate and then memos are sent to staff encouraging them to file their taxes.

I'm just glad to see the media is giving this so much attention. Maybe now the people will give the issue more notice and the IRS will finally react to all the controversy. I'd like to think they're too smart to turn this into a Waco type event, imagine the media attention then! Americans potentially responding by getting off their duffs to actually do something about it!! <gasp> Imagine the government's horror! Nah, my guess is they'll try to keep this one as quiet as possible.

Some related movies:

"America, Freedom to Fascism" - A good intro, but a bit high on drama low on facts IMO. Still well worth a watch.

"Theft by Deception - Deciphering the Federal Income Tax" - Boring but a good watch if you want to understand the laws indepth.
