I just got a computer, Pent 4 Celeron D processor (3.2 GHz), 512 RAM, 64 MB Radeon Express Vid card. What would be the cheapest video card I could get to run some newer games well? I'm not talking top of the line, but some newer games, namely strategy, which tend to require less. Thank you for any advice.

I'm going to assume you have an AGP slot in your computer. You will want to check and make sure. There is a slim chance you don't have one and need to get a slower PCI card, or you could have a faster and newer PCIexpress slot. If your machine is a couple of years old or so you're probably looking at AGP. I'd go for something like this. A good card that will run what you need and probably quite a bit more, but won't break the bank.
