Looks pretty real to me, not very unusual, just looks like human because the eyes have moved round abit

It's called a Glass Koi or Ghost Koi or something. Those are just markings.

The markings generally give the impression of a nose etc, and as you can see in the second picture, it can be hard to see the eyes which are actually just where the eyes should be. Sorry, but that's about the whole of it, I'm afraid.

Forgive me for not being impressed but I don't really see why fish with eyes in the front of their head are a big deal lol.
