Erm, he's God....You might not believe in him, but to Christians he is the almighty power...He dosn't need to be in any universe...He's God.

If memory serves me correctly, when I took astrophysics years ago. Mathematics suggests that our universe could have as many as 11-13 dimensions to it. Perhaps because we see the universe as we do, that we think God must hang out "up there somewhere". Perhaps he resides or inhabits many dimensions that we have yet to see or discover.

Well that would certainly explain the Devils making Guinness! A much better brew. So dark. So foamy. Positively deliciously sinful! On tap.

I have a medifore I use in this question. I write comics. As the creator writer and artist to my comics I could be considered the "God" of that comic world. I'm creating and influincing the comic while I work on it but I'm not inside the comic it's self. Thats How I kinda think God works in a very simplistic version. At least thats the way I explain it.

All the available evidence suggests he was in his lab. He worked on the job for 6 days, in a scientific and sequential manner. He knocked off for a rest on the seventh day. He had all the matter and materials close at hand. He had an available energy source near enough to do the job. It is a pity he was not following strict occupational health and safety guide lines at the time. (Which also suggests it was a basement style lab, or at best an indie operation) He indulged his sense of humour in the creation, particularly in the creation of Adam and eve in his own image, which implies that he was not supervised, and was probably the owner/sole operator of the lab. He was pretty proud of his creation, making sure the event was well recorded, and inviting all his mates around for the big event. Of course, follow up care and maintenance may be seen as a bit sloppy, but then god is a busy bloke, and probably had a number of other projects on the go, at the same time, and since then. He also had a lot of apprentices to supervise, and in fact spent considerable time dealing with a labour dispute that probably distracted him from quality control over his creation. I could go on, but hope this helps you appreciate that it is neither a simple nor an easy job being god. It is not fair that so many people describe it as playing god. It is really a serious enterprise.

THIRD HEAVEN..is the answer to your question.
first heaven is our sky
Second heaven is the Universe
Third heaven is the abode of God and spiritual beigns

You are looking at it from a three dimensional view. You must remember that there are 11 dimensions. There is the universe, hyperspace and the chillded universe on which the universe stands on. God created the three dimensional universe and time to go along with it, 15.7 billion years ago, according to the latest scientific figures. Once you start inferring about what was before the big bang, and where those things that "banged" together came from, you get into hypotheses and theories because there is no scientific evidence as of yet for that. It is an answer that we, as humans in biological form, will never know until we before spiritual entities after the great resurrection and ascension processes. Then, I'm sure all the answers will be revealed to us, including this and the question about how could the Creator exist before anything and where did every single atom ultimately come from. Everything will be revealed to us, but we must be patient and conentrate on things that we CAN figure out before we give ourselves a headache trying ti figure out the answer to a question we jstu cannot solve right now.
