I'm trying to view the video gallery but nothing shows up. do i need to download something?

I think you need flash

To view the streaming videos you need to have flash installed on your browser, if you are trying to view the footage in the 'Multimedia Gallery' section you will need a Windows Media Player browser plug-in as well.
