My mom and I used to live with my grandparents. My grandfather died of cancer and was buried the day before Christmas Eve. I had some experiences where the door would creak the same time he would have used the bathroom, and a few times I'd see him, I really wasn't afraid though. Then about three years later, my grandmother died. She was a diabetic and there is a lot of evidence, she may have tried to commit suicide. She was a strict Catholic, which would have made suicide strange, because she always said that a person would go to hell or purgatory. About a month after she died officially (she lingered on a respirator, which despite he will, was hooked up anyway), the house felt dangerous. They had built the house themselves, no help other than from a few friends and family. At night, I no longer heard my grandfather's spirit, instead I felt an evil presence. The whole house felt posessed. The one day it scared me so badly, I locked myself in the bathroom and called for my mother to pick me up and take me to her work. My cousin, a cop, was staying there for awhile, and he too was scared out of his mind. Stuff began falling, things disappeared. My grandmother's old bedroom smelled like funeral flowers. It was like the house died. Luckily we moved, then we moved again and into another haunted place. My neighbors have a house, that belonged to people, who happened to have died, practically all of them died tragic deaths. One night the local tough guy decided he'd go show he was not afraid, he jumped over the porch and started screaming. I went to see what was wrong, and his face looked like it had been bleached. So I went over and I will swear I saw a hand on the banister, after that I ran. Everyone in that house, including the baby have seen wierd stuff. There is even a picture of their tv, when it was off, with a cameraless face in the center of it. Well that is my nice experience.
