Do you mean telekinesis? If so, then yes, telekinesis is real.
As for how it works, there are a few theories, such as magnetic fields and such, but there's no real, solid theory on how it works. Sorry.

When it's proven, the we can just give it the blanket, "it's real".

While I can't say it is or isn't as a scientist I have yet to see anything to suggest it is real. While many say it is among other powers nothing suggests this.
I have a feeling that if we ever figure out psychokinesis, then we'll have to be stopped. 
this is another forum where I found a dis-believer, "GanjaGuru" Every fact in the world started as a theory. And most theories become facts anyway. The brain is responcible for so many functions it is an indescribable amount. The brain can store over 4 terabytes of information and access them immediately. It produces over 120 volts to perform muscle actions. Dreams occur. Scientists prove that we are the most intelligent beings on the planet and yet only a mere 10% of brain is conciously aware. 20 if someone is lucky. that leaves the 60% left. So is it really so hard to believe that these abilities don't exist?

For Boorite, yes we'll have to be stopped! Scientists' research makes them believe that we were biologically engineered from Aliens to be the ultimate beings, stronger than they are! Scientists also believe that they altered the magnetic field of the earth to prevent us from using our abilities( I guess they feared us). I don't know how, but this magnetic field is shifting back! We call it the 4th dimension, but many theories exist about the description of the 4th dimension. I got a theory, the reason why there are so many alien appearances nower days and abductions is because they are studing evolution and the possible re-alignment of the magnetic field. How exactly did the aliens know where we are, out of all the zillions of systems within billions of systems, here is where they land. That's my proof, ain't much though.

Just to let you know, 100-20 is not 60, seems u were using about .001% of your brain there
just joking man, but to get to my point, we dont have any evidence that there has been any aliens on this planet, EVER, but for the magnetic thing it seems pretty plausible because there has been video recordings of people having a magnetic charge through there body, one guy can even light a lightbulb by just touching it so TK can VERY EASILY be possible and it probly does exist, i mean if we unlock our brain who knows what else it could do..

Cool theory, but not proof.
I have yet to see any real proof of this......But the human mind is a wonderful thing and stranger thing's have happen so i don't rule it out all together,
