Hello! I was doing some research on sightings and etc and came across this site so i thought to share some things. I did not exactly saw a ghost or anything but what has happened over the past few months are really really weird. About a few months ago, after I got home from school and when it was around 6:00-ish (no idea of the specific time) I was looking in the mirror (when we brough the house, my room came with 3 huge closet mirror doors) and all of a sudden the bag decoration which I hang on the wall started waving back and forth really fast, it happened so suddenly! To me, it felt like someone (or something) ran really fast past it and brushed the bag by accident. I was so stunned that i didnt know what to do so I walked up to the bag and the minute i got there i swear i heard a sound that sounded like a pin like object falling to a hard floor right in front of me, but i have carpet floor, so the sound was really strange. And then about a few days later when I was sleeping, I coudldn't sleep and was just randomly looking around my room and i saw a weird looking orb like thing that looked like it was floating in mid-air near the ceiling and the door, i have heard that spirits sometimes look like orbs so i got a bit spooked out, but i still hoped that it's probably some light from somewhere... so I remember sitting up and staring at it and thought "It better not disappear...or else im going to scream my head off" ...and right after i thought that, the orb like thingy moved up and down a little and disappeared. And no i did not scream, i was too freaked out and hid under the blankets until i fell asleep. Then a few days ago, i was in my mom's room lying on the floor reading some magazine and i SWEAR i saw a blackish thing walk..or dash past the stairs corner and was heading for the direction of where mine and the guest room is located. I thought it was my dad and called out but he answered and it came from downstairs so it wasnt him. Then I asked my Mom if she saw anything and she says I should put my contact lenses on
(-_-), so then i kept on reading the magazine and the event just sort of slipped from my mind at the time. When i left my mom's room and walked into my room, the minute I walked in, I jumped back because I had a weird feeling that someone was standing on my left and was going to jump me. I can't even describe it properly... it is the same feeling as that if you walked into a room and you expect no one to be there but the minute you walk in, someone is standing to your left about a meter away, you would instinctively jump back like a sort of self instinct right? And that's what I did, except that no one was there. And also, for the past few months, I sometimes hear footsteps outside my room. They are really freaky because they sound like they are coming closer and closer to my room. My house is a townhouse so it's not that big and I can tell the distance of the dootsteps from my door and the footsteps i heard sounded like it started from the stairs (i am positive i heard creaking) and headed closer and closer to my door. I talked to a friend of mine and because she once told me that she saw figures in her room so I thought she might help me, and she said that my third eye only opened a little crack so that's why i see things but not the real figure of spirits. (no offense but personally... I think she's insane -_-)
I just want to know if anyone have these weird things happen to them too, or am i just seeing things because of too much stress? (i'm in grade 12 and is taking Cal, data and accounting...so...ya)

Dude! I got similar experiences! I posted on my house as well a while back, I seen white shapes dash across my floors, too big for mouse or rat. I have seen a white dress running up my stairs two metres away from me, and a hand on my railing going across as I looked up. Noises, shapes, shadows, caught an orb on tape in my CREEEPPYYY basement. I would love to help, I will read some topics on this. You do the same, and keep your eyes open, if you have a camcorder, put it on the floor or on chair in the place you think is most "active" witch sightings, and leave it on until the battery runs out (do this at night). The next morning recharge it and review it in fats forward, any drastic changes should be easy to spot (i.e.- orbs, shadows etc.) So do that, it will answer questions.

Random occurrences such as those are so commonplace for me, I just ignore them now. Beginning about 3 years ago, I began to hear what I thought were really odd noises, usually around the same time every night, outside my door. I plotted a few experiments: changed the lighting, left certain devices on and off that the sounds could have come from, and had other people in the area when it happened...in every instance, I could still hear it, and if left me unsettled. Then it got worse. I still hear some bizaar things and see some obscure images out of nowhere...here's a kicker, though. My mom has been paranoid most of her life and had to stay away from cemetaries, since she claims to hear the moans and screams of the dead...she thinks I kind of picked that trait up, since my brain activity is a little off-key, to say the least. I have more tried to ignore the stuff than pursue it, and I normally rationally dismiss it anyway, being a natural skeptic.
