I've heard quite a few theories that are basically the same as the one you propose. The problem is that, even if it were true, it is impossible to prove.

Interesting theory, but a bit far-fetched. For the most part, I am familiar with the evolution of man and I do not see anywhere on the scale an ape-alien hybred. And welcome to UM.

I agree, X-Kid, in fact, I read recently where an abductee asked the aliens "Why me? Why me?" and he was shown images of his past, including past lives, and it ended with images of bi-pedal ape-like hominids.

This suggested to the abductee not only that reincarnation exists, but also that we were created on the Earth.

If the aliens are humans from the future, and they went back in time and bred with our ancestors to create humans, then what did the aliens evolve from in the first place?

Either way, the theory is just completely ridiculous.

If you think about it, it is plausible, though highly unproveable. If aliens did time travel to the past to create the human race by implanting their seed into apes, then it would stand to logic that they had to complete a paradox so they could exist. We evolve into the aliens. Infinite cycle.

An interesting theory X-Kid...

I have come to believe that we are some kind of hybrid..Ape (?) and a reptilian/amphibian from 'somewhere' else...possibly a species from another star system like Sirius or the Plaeides.

I think it might have something to do with 'white dwarf' material...that would have different space/time rules. Maybe white dwarf material is incredibly dense water. For example if the centre of this earth is white dwarf super-dense water and we naturally travel into it during dreams and at death then all the rules of space and time that we now experience...change. This may be where the future comes into it...although I'd think of it as a expanded present.

I.e. One hour for us in the physical body might be more like one minute for the recently dead. (60 days for us=one day for the dead etc. etc.)

Another dimension down the line it might be 3600 years for us = one year for 'them' ( or us in the future)

The others/aliens/us may be experiencing such a different time/space that it would seem like the future and actually might be in some way.

Nope!! But well, you get a very strange result from the hybrid, some of the strangest ones are the contradicting working etos in Japanese and Indonesian blood, when mixed together, you get a "siesta-loving workaholic"...

I think the reptile/amphibian part of us may come from the inter-dimensional beings that created the hybrid (us). Their main 'home' may not be earth but they might be able to access earth through the different time/space material at the centre of the earth. The 'underworld' the ancient Egyptian 'duat'. The dimensions that we might go to when we sleep or die.

...Actually, according to Greco-Roman mythology, Prometheus only created a hardier form of mankind and gave them the rudiments of culture. Humanity was just one of the many creatures to spring forth from Mother Earth.

And just to trot it out one more time: humans did not evolve from apes. Apes and humans evolved from a common ancestor. Sheesh.

My theory is that the aliens once lived far from our galaxy, they found a way to travel here and they made a hole into the earth. they set up a colony inside and created a giant electromagnet in the centre. this pulled meteors and asteriods to a once frozen planet and wiped out most of the dinosaurs which eventually would have evolved into reptillians. this also warmed up the earthand released the greenhouse gases that lay frozen in the ice since the big bang, as it slowly got pulled closer and closer towards the sun due to the sun becoming a black hole and swallowing many planets over millions of years( thus causing it to become bigger and more powerful.) they cross breeded with the primates and let evolution kick in from there. however, we are not the only species to have evolved from our ancestors. mermaids and angels have wandered the waters and the skies for a very long time.

We can't (although read this - creepy) at present combine human/ape germ cells and create a viable organism. I'm not saying we never could and it's possible future technology could facilitate this. However we have strict ethical guidelines in place to prevent this happening at present.

You could say the future people/aliens had to go back to inseminate the apes otherwise we'd never exist but this reasoning involves;

i) the 'future people' being able to view the past and travel there

ii) the future people actually viewing themselves inseminating the apes (how else would they know this is required?)

Now I believe that time travel into the future MAY be possible (due to relativity) I cannot see how travel back in time is. How can you 'pick a time' to which to travel? Using relativity to travel through time is uni-directional. I'm not saying that we won't find a means by which to travel back in time but this would be contrary to all we know at present and can only be pure speculation.

Maybe its because I go to church but I find it hard to belive we came from apes so what is our DNA is almost the same we are only afew chromosomes off from a fruit fly or even a banana so what hair brain idea is out there that we came from a fly?
